I am Head of Marketing for EcoTraining. We are a Field Guide training company specialising in career courses as well as shorter wildlife courses. My role is to create awareness for our courses through various marketing efforts.

Storyteller was hired as a consultant for SEO and PPC for EcoTraining. They have also designed our website and assist us with regular website updates and valuable advice.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to grow our online presence through proper SEO and PPC. A lot of hard work has been done to ensure that we are top of mind when people are looking for anything related to our industry.

Our Director has worked with Storyteller on a different project and suggested we look at them as a possible provider. Through proper research we found them to be the best fit for our company.

Storyteller was appointed to improve our existing SEO and PPC campaigns. They took over from a previous supplier. They jumped at the opportunity and have been improving our online presence ever since. We also requested that Storyteller redesign our website to make it more userfriendly, yet keeping the design as attractive as possible They exceeded in both.

We deal directly with the owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have improved from not even being listed to now ranking in the top 5 results. Our PPC campaigns are also performing well and we usually rank above our competitors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has been a pleasant experience. They offer great advice and are very helpful when we need something to be done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are not shy to share best practice advice. They constantly assist with strategy ideas for us to improve on our current position.

We wanted to grow our monthly page visits over 10 thousand and we wanted to grow our social media following above 100 thousand.

We have 5 different social media accounts and 5 different websites that we needed to be optimized. Storyteller helps us with ongoing SEO on all of our sites and drives traffic to our social media platforms through advertising campaigns.

I worked closely with Clyde and Kuda who are part of their SEO team.

We have grown our website traffic over 10 thousand and are aiming for over 20 thousand within the next 6 months. On social media, we have grown by over 40 thousand followers in a year.

Great, we had excellent communication between our teams. We communicated via email and skype.

I'm impressed by their attention to detail as well as their commitment to our success and delivering results.
