Through collaborative discussions, we outlined the objectives of the project, and I must say, they did a fantastic job in every aspect. The STOQD team knew exactly what we envisioned, and surely enough, they delivered it, plus more!

Stoqd built us a beautiful website from scratch. We came to them with a logo, color scheme, and service lines for our business. They were able to take all our information and get on a call with our executive team to understand our business goals and objectives. From there, they drafted a mock-up of the website and kept in constant communication with us during the project.

They completed a branding workshop to help us define our verbiage and messaging for the website, and we loved how they made us feel like we were part of their stoqd family. They knocked the website out quickly and had us get them headshots of the executive team as well as bios for each member. We are very happy with the final product. We plan to use their help for additional projects in the future.

They used Slack to communicate with us and provide weekly updates on the progress. They had an easy and efficient onboarding process. They communicated with use step by step through the entire process and helped us set up our domain, hosting account, social networks, and more.

They worked hand in hand with us to mind map the new website and made us feel included the entire time. If we had any questions, they were able to help us out quickly and make any adjustments that we wanted to make on the website.

We decided to use a local company. i saw a website stoqd had created and was impressed how easy it was to navigate. nice clean professional look but not cookie cutter.

After meeting with the President of the company and myself, Stoqd walked us through create our brand story. They helped us define who we are and what experience we wanted our customers to have. We worked on each element from that outline.

In total we worked with 4 team members I believe. Everyone on the Stoqd team was great and it was easy to keep up with who needed what information. They use tech to their advantage and that is a big win for busy folks like me. Myke was the central contact reviewing brand story, Alex managed tasks and kept me updated. Richard and Brandon worked on the web page data collection. Pictures etc.

Again, tech was the winner for me. Easy to keep track of each stage of the project. At a glance we were able to see progress and not wastet time in the wrong direction.

I was suprised by the amount of people working on the project. They had people who excelled in a variety of things, and we were able to benefit from that.

I think considering that we were deciding as we went all long it was perfect. We didnt feel rushed but we did get guidance that helped us make quick decisions.

They created imagery as well as sourced UGC to bring our Facebook and Instagram to life. They also were able to post to our website and LinkedIn to ensure that we were targeting our consumers on all platforms we use.

Our engagement rates increased ~30% over the 6 months that we used their services.

We used slack and Airtable mainly to communicate which was a great way to keep track of everything from conception to progress to completion. There was full transparency from start to finish.

They were to create timely blog posts that created value to the consumer in an easily digestible way.

Slacked was a pain to use in the beginning mainly because the notifications settings were disabled. But they guided me through adding to my phone so that I could easily see when I got a ping. They did still end up waiting on me to review.

We hired Stoqd to rebrand our logo and re-create the website to attract our ideal clientele. We also are in a saturated market for wedding planners in Virginia and wanted to draw more traffic to our website.

We were currently interviewing other companies for the rebrand throw recommendations. We met Myke at an event and his attention to detail, previous work and personality made him the top choice. Working with someone for a lengthy time, you need to trust that they will be able to understand the vision completely.

The project began with an indepth consultation call that took around 2 hours. The team asked every possible question to really understand my line of work, what my end goal was as well as who would be my ideal clients.

After the consultation they sent over a form to determine what type of logo stood out for me, what represented my brand and what I wanted to change. The design team immediately started creating different designs to choose from. Once the vision was understood it did not take long for them to design the PERFECT logo. It truly represented my business, the growth throughout the years and was something I was proud to display.

Once the logo was designed they started to create the new website. The complicated part was figuring out the old site information but they were able to dig deeper and figure it all out. They had an extremely quick turnaround with the creation of the new site. They truly listened to vision and then created something even I could never have visualized. The new site is completely different from the former site, very interactive and also "pretty". The team made this stress free as well as fun.

The final design has attracted a lot of attention as well as potential clients. It's very interactive which clients like and easy to navigate. The colors and overall design attract the ideal clients for my industry.

Everyone was exceptionally easy to communicate with at all times. I could message questions and would receive a response within 24 hours. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process and explained things on my level. This was important to me because I am not tech savvy.

I personally was very impressed with the attention to detail when it comes to getting to know new companies. From start to finish they kept me updated on every aspect. Communication is key and they exceeded any expectations that I had.

They are extremely knowledgeable in all areas pertaining to website building and design. They amount of research they did before hand to understand my industry better spoke volumes to me because it's not everyday a wedding planner needs a complete overhaul.

They really delivered throughout the entire process. I have nothing they could have done differently. They were efficient, detailed and fun to work with.

The first thing we did was to start building the brand framework of the company. The Stoqd team walked us through the Storybrand framework . From there they started to design the webiste. Once we decided on a baseline design, they started added verbiage from the storybrand that we walked through.

They create weekly content for us to approve with blog posts, graphics, and verbiage that goes along with that. The social media posts have been very consistent and we now have weekly blog posts that help increase traffic to our site.

They worked with a non-profit I was involved with and I was impressed with their level of professionalism, responsiveness and the services they provided. They were very helpful and easy to work with.

I had a meeting with the Owner to discuss what my company was looking for. We discussed multiple types of marketing and advertising resources and once he agreed that his agency could do all of the requests I was seeking, I then submitted a design request to give him an example of how much copy we needed and the design style I liked.

I set up a meeting with Myke and our leadership team to confirm 1st project type and iron out details. The project actually changed, per my company's needs, and the Owner- Myke was very accommodating. We submitted the new information we wanted in the resource created and type of digital files we needed for our CRM.

Myke and his team sent the first version of our info piece, we had a proof change and then we were ready to use. Once the first resource was finalized we submitted another request for his team to create another one, for use with a different target audience.

We were pleased with the process, the resources they provided, and we plan on using this agency for future needs.
