RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We had almost 100 members join in just a month, and then that number doubled the next month.
• Their skills go beyond social media too. Our newsletter has a high open rate of 81% with over 400 subscribers, which means a lot of people are reading our updates.

Their dedication to understanding our mission and target audience was evident from the start. They took the time to understand our project and needs as well as possible. So far they delivered everything on time and they are proactive about the blocking items on our end.
