Smartshift Modernize Platform is a multi-tenant SaaS application that can be leveraged to perform various kinds of smartShift SAP Custom Code analysis for customer projects. The platform was designed to provide for smartShift customers with a visual, software-based approach to their SAP Custom Code analysis and smartShift employees with a centralized web-based application to conduct customer analysis and transformation projects. 

The automation platform takes a customer-centric approach to SAP Custom Code analysis. The goal of this approach is to be able to have a single view of smartShift customers to not only conduct analysis on a single SAP environment but enable a view that maintains customer history. By maintaining history, all platform users will be able to access that data in a central location and the future.

Scope: Recalc Academy regularly conducts open courses through Zoom. Google Calendar is being used as the leading software for scheduling course events. The client created the course on WordPress and Google Calendar and sent out invites for the courses manually to the attendees. The task was to create a standalone API that automates all the steps post-course creation in WordPress. Key Deliverables:

1. With the Engine and its integration in Android Platform, we were able to place ourselves way ahead of all our competitors, as we were the first to have cracked this. Increased our Leads from Google Ads by 65%
2. Due to enhanced security of the children's data, our conversion rate increased by 35% (Parents happily invested in the privacy of their children)
3. Hiring and Promotion process within the team became much smoother.
4. With the CRM of Sales and Marketing in place, our whole follow up process became very smooth - increasing my counselling team's productivity by 16%.

They missed only 1 deadline, and that too because we wanted to push a new feature (on request of Clients). But they met the overall deadlines. I was truly amazed by the level of transparency they displayed.

1. End of Day progress was share with me each day.
2. I was given access to a tool called Jira, using which I could see the task assigned to each member along with the hours allocated for each task.
3. At the end of 2 weeks, we had a review meeting with their product manager and tester.

We tested the whole work in that meeting. Further, my feedbacks were collected and incorporated as per the sprint plan.

In my opinion, many vendors would have been able to deliver the project at the end of the day, but what was unique about Steady Rabbit is that I felt as if my project was being developed in-house- such was the level of transparency. I was never worried about misplaced deadlines or budget overshoot.

I was very impressed with them. From where I am standing, I do not recommend any improvements. All great !
