When we win, they win. And they don't win unless we win. Other media brands who tried to sell us their services wanted a cut of our channel revenue from day 1 without proving their worth. The Station sets up deals to where their best chance at success is by having you as the creator succeed as much as possible.

The Station has made many great sponsorship deals for my channel that I could have never gotten on my own, making me money as well as getting some really cool products. They deal with all the brands so I can just focus on making content.

My agents have always been extremely responsive to my emails, answering all my questions as quickly as possible. They are very patient with me and help me with all of my little questions along the way. They work hard to get great deals and are always willing to look into different brand or product ideas that I have.

Response through email was very fast and clear. Most items were delivered on time, and if anything was delayed, we communicated clearly about it. Had no issues at all with their management.

They reached out to me but I ultimately decided it was a great decision to go with them because I needed help with everything while also working full-time.

After our initial meeting my agent has been great with communication with our weekly meetings to go over any potential brand deals, upcoming deals, and what I need help with. She's been amazing at negotiating prices with companies and getting the best deal for me.

My agent, Christina, and accounting, Danielle. Both have been amazing!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

September and October were two huge months for us since my agent was able to get me a handful of deals. Things have slowed down but I have faith that I will get more deals soon.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet every Friday morning to go over deals and potential deals. It's bee amazing to keep track of things, especially when we had so many at once. Things can get complicated but Christina made a spreadsheet on excel which helped me stay organized with what brand deal was due and which platform to post on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love how everyone is always ready to help whenever I need it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Need a little help with hashtags, how to stay up with numbers for TikTok, etc. but otherwise I love everything about this company and has been amazing to work with!

They're extremely effective - it’s been so easy to work with the team. Everyone is extremely responsive, very helpful, and sets expectations properly. I’ve never had an issue working with anyone on the team.

Everyone is extremely professional and kind. Ximena works extremely hard to secure the best brand deals on my terms!

I love that they started to send out biweekly updates on campaigns and progress so I can stay on track even easier! Sometimes long email threads can be hard to organize and keep up with the information. But nothing big - this team is amazing!

I hired TheStation to be my main point of contact with inquiring brands. They handle all the contracts and negotiations as well as collecting payments. It has been a huge help not having to weed through all those emails on a daily basis which frees up more of my time to focus on the creative aspect! They also have been able to hunt down endorsements for me based on their contact pool.

I actually was approached by TheStation and asked if I would be interested in working with them. At the time I was already being represented by another agency, but was unhappy with the service I was being provided. I had a Zoom call with the co-founder of the company and the agent who is now my main point of contact. We had a wonderful conversation and I knew immediately they would be a great fit for my brand!

I was immediately impressed with the work they were able to provide me with! Not even a week into signing a contract with them, they brought a project to me. As this was the first project I worked on with them, they were very communicative and attentive each step of the way.

On a day to day basis I have my main agent contact. I also work directly with the 2 co-founders, one of which whom directly sends me my client contracts to be signed, and an accounts payable representative.

The amount of money I am now receiving from each project has increased noticeably. I am very confident in their ability to negotiate with brands to the best of my interest!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I cannot say enough praise about how wonderful their communication is!! My agent Karla is phenominal with responding to emails in a very timely manner. It's almost always immediate, even on nights and weekends! They recently also started sending on a bi-weekly recap report which lays out all my projects currently in process and possible contracts they have in the pipeline for me. It has been so helpful to see an overview to make sure I'm on track as well!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My favorite part of working with TheStation is that I truly feel like part of their family. I am in contact with all the team members that help my brand from my agent to the accounts payable representative. Every team member is very helpful and has great communication. I even have the cell phone numbers of a co-founder who helped me directly with a very large project they were able to secure for me. You truly don't find that attention to detail with every agency!

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Station Entertainment to be our brand representative. Their main responsibility is to help us find the right marketing partners in order to showcase our different products through social media. This involves reviewing offers from and handling our communication with the different organizations that want to partner with us. Through Station Entertainment, we can accept, deny, and renegotiate marketing offers. They also keep track of all the different billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Aside from that, they’ve developed a new content strategy and used it to create content for our social media posts.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with 3–4 people from Station Entertainment, including the owner, a lead marketing strategist, and a junior agent.

We found Station Entertainment through a referral. We chose them because the strategies that they proposed seemed to align better with our goals compared to what the other firms that we considered provided.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in our social media engagement. Station Entertainment has also helped us immensely by driving efficiencies in our communication and engagement with our prospective partners. The partnership that we’ve grown together has allowed us to be on the same page in terms of the direction that we’re going.

We’ve worked with them multiple times, and they’ve managed to meet our expectations each time.
