BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company is engaged in logistics transportation of goods throughout the United States. I work for the company as a marketing director.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire StasDesign, and what were your goals?

We had a task to make a landing page with which we can hire new employees in our company. To do this, we hired StasDesign

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across StasDesign website during our research. We liked their own positioning as well as their references. Requests were sent to several vendors from our end and StasDesign quickly responded with a very detailed and clear offer. We liked their approach and had the feeling they understand our needs and that we will make a good team together.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We prepared a briefing with details on what kind of websites do we like, what would be the structure and what integrations do we need.

We chose WordPress and a custom theme, and we needed to include HubSpot features. StasDesign worked on the first design direction - homepage design. We were very happy with the first version and decided to proceed, with only minor changes.

When designs were approved, they moved to the development phase.

In the end, we were working on some adjustments based on the content added, and we also worked with the SEO team more closely before the actual launch.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, designer, developer and SEO specialist. At the beginning, we were also in touch with the sales representative.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received very positive feedback from our colleagues and partners. We also noticed a meaningful increase in the number of impressions on Google.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication with StasDesign was always quick and easy. We used email, chat and video calls, depending on the issues we need to discuss.

The project was complex so we all had to keep up with many details and I was happy to see both sides (our team and StasDesign) were ready to shift to more effective ways of tracking progress and communicating as go-live was getting closer.

Moreover, we really liked a very straightforward way of communicating deadlines, progress, and what potential changes may cause. It always felt like we are one team working towards a common goal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

StasDesign always went an extra mile for our project and we are very thankful for that approach. They were always open for feedback and ideas for improvement, as well as proactively suggested ideas on their own. We really appreciated their attention to detail and genuine willingness to make the best out of everything. Throughout the whole project, we really felt like they listen and fully understand what we need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to my mind - we were very satisfied with the collaboration.
