Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customers coming into the store have doubled since we started working with StarAppSolutions. Now we are working on bringing more orders in through our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very efficient and transparent with their process. Everything was approved by us before it went live. They have their own CRM which made the process very smooth.

This company is very strong with their communication. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable. We found their work professional and affordable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their original strategy was in line with our goals. Since then, they have suggested that we bring more traffic to our website and take more online orders. They have greatly improved our strategy and we don't think they need to change anything.
