The custom POS system has attracted more customers to the pharmacy. Six months after launch, our sales had increased by 10%. After one year, we saw our costs lowered by 8%, which we attributed to our expired-item tracking and sales forecasting. Also, we've retained all of our inventory as a result of our enhanced security.
