Our company hired Standing Tech's high quality service to develop a mobile application for one of our current services. They developed our application from scratch with a full featured back end and API. The successfully completed the app on time and on budget, most importantly we were very happy with their service and creativity.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to develop an easy to use mobile application with which we could connect to customers effectively and efficiently. That is to say, our goal was to increase our customer base and to attract more customers to our business service through the use of a well developed app.

How did you select this vendor?
Based on our research for app developers in our market, we selected Standing Tech based on the various positive reviews we heard about them. After a meeting with Standing Tech we realized that they could complete our application project according to our requirements withing our allocated budget and time.
Describe the project in detail.
After a few meetings, we agreed on the project design. The project consists of an 'editable' back- end where we can edit the app within our company. The front- end of the application has different categories inside it where each category leads to various sub-categories each listing different types of products to increase our sales. Also, the application can be used in three different languages and it has a very well designed settings section. In the end, this app customers can select the products they want, then we get notified in the back- end and finally we deliver to them.
What was the team composition?
I was personally assigned to manage the project where I had a clear two way communication between myself and the developers. The developers consisted of the back- end developer and the front- end developer (mobile app developer).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project outcome is very satisfactory. We achieved a drastic increase in our customer base and app installs. This lead to an increase in our project revenue hence profits. Besides that, we had a positive feedback on the project which further boosted our reputation.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As mentioned previously, we had a very clear communication process among us. We had meetings once a week when necessary to make sure everything is going according to plan and in case there were extra edits required by our company. The flexibility of the app developers made the project execution much smoother. In the end, the project was finished on time and within budget.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Our app required some unplanned changes along the way, but that was not a problem for the app developers because they were flexible and patient enough to deal with our requirements in the best possible manner. In addition to that, they were creative enough to add different features to the app such as enabling GPS to detect the exact location of our customers after their approval. Lastly, their experience with mobile app development helped us to create a modern mobile application that satisfactorily met our expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The notion of "Its about quality rather than quantity" can be applied here. The application was completed in high quality standards withing our allocated time and budget. Therefore, I could not find any gaps within their work.
