Standard Nevada is a real estate investment firm that focuses on ground up retail development, repositioning existing retail, multi-family, and residential land investment. Since its founding in 2017, Standard Nevada has acquired over a dozen retail projects in the Las Vegas area and is under development on four retail projects with institutional capital partners. It is also the retail lead for a $130m mixed-use project that includes the renovation of a 65,000 sf shopping center and 400 new multifamily units. They have also repositioned and exited multiple retail buildings totaling over 60,000 sf. Projects have included national tenants such as 7-Eleven, CitiBank, Dollar Tree, Dutch Brothers Coffee, Shell Gas Station and SkinnyFats. Standard Nevada is also active in the land market, acquiring land for residential developers such as Lennar, Pardee, and Picerne.
