We hired Staff MedIT to help us find and hire UX designers
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
As a motion design agency, it’s crucial that we produce high-quality visual work that makes sense. In order to do that, we need a strong team of UX designers to keep our videos orientated to customer experience expectations.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project was all about helping me find two Middle UX Designers for my motion design agency. Staff MedIT provides one service (recruitment) and charges based on the candidates’ experience levels. Each level: junior, middle, and senior are connected to a different commission upon a successful employment agreement being signed.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
I don’t really know what tools they used to do their job, but the deliverables were associated with me getting two specialists that can do what I need them to within Staff MedIT’s promised hiring timeframe. The project started with a discovery session about who I was looking for and what I needed and continued on to interviews with potential candidates after they passed through an initial interview stage with Staff MedIT’s team.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Both specialists are exactly what I need them to be, so I’m very satisfied! As I mentioned before, as soon as we need more team members, I will happily work with Staff MedIT
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was solid. I always knew what Staff MedIT needed and when.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
By far the most impressive thing is Yulia’s ability to communicate. It was always clear and concise.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only advice that I have is to consider the time wasted when you use your own energy or even in-house resources to hire specific specialists. Working with Staff MedIT was a smart decision.

For what projects/services did your company hire Staff MedIT?
We hired Staff MedIT for help with hiring three specialists for our team.
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
The primary challenge we overcame with Staff MedIT is the time and cost it takes to hire good people. I know how much energy it takes to hire, and I wanted to test the benefits of outsourcing this process to a third party. I know the Founders, Anton and Roman personally. We do a lot of work with their marketing agency, SalesAR.

In short, my agency is growing in multiple verticals and I needed people. I needed those people fast. So, rather than doing it myself, I spoke with Anton and he assured me that he’d be able to find the specialists I needed at the level I needed faster than I could on my own.
We started with something like an ICP form but for my perfect candidate. Once I filled it out their recruiter began the research.
The prices are straightforward and simple. It’s based on a percentage of the hired candidates' contracted salary: 12% for a junior, 13% for a middle, and 15% for a senior. Before they started they needed to know the salary I was willing to pay for each specialist ($1,500/month).
As they found people and passed them through their filters and initial interviews, they were then passed on to me. Once I like them and signed them on, Staff MedIT received their money.

Getting started I had to fill out a few forms related to my company (location, size, culture, industry, etc.) and what I was looking for in a candidate (education, experience, age, sex, location, etc.).
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
I SAVED A LOT OF TIME! I spent a lot more than if I had done it myself, but the headache and troubles associated with meeting/hiring the wrong people was avoided. So, that makes me really happy. Now I have three solid specialists who know what they’re supposed to do without me having to hold their hands. It also didn’t take long to accomplish. All three specialists were hired within a 4-week period.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very smooth. Once the forms Staff MedIT needed were filled out by me, they got started right away, and I only had to give input when it came to interviewing the candidates who made it past their initial interview and prequalification process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I like that the Staff MedIT team is passionate about what they do. Yulia is a fantastic professional with a love for what she does.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
If there is an area I think they could improve is communication channels. I like Telegram but I prefer to keep it for personal stuff. I like Slack.
