I’m the assistant manager of strategic communication at a nonprofit organization working in the education sector in Pakistan.

We’ve been meaning to update our website. Our previous website wasn’t interactive or user friendly. We wanted to address the issue of user engagement and when it comes to mobile phone optimization. We really wanted out users to have an experience on our website that is easy to navigate and see the content we want them to see.

The SquarePeg transitioned our website to WordPress, including both the development and U/UX design from scratch. Moreover, our previous site had a lot of issues with mobile phone optimization, and The SquarePeg addressed this in our new platform. Currently, they're working on the monthly maintenance of our site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Many people from our community reached out to us, saying that our website looked user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, they met our goal and took care of any bugs that arose during the process.

They delivered within our tight deadlines and were receptive to feedback. Regarding communication, we used email and phone calls.

They were professional and creative and delivered whatever they committed to. Moreover, they knew what they were doing, which made it easy to work with them.

They didn't inform us went our site was going live, and we'd have liked to know to prepare our users for that.

The goal of the project was to generate organic backlinks for the purpose of increasing our SEO strength. We needed at least 20 organic back links every month to beat our competition in terms of keyword rankings.

She and her team began the execution of gaining links for us. In a matter of 6 months we went on page 3 of Google to rank 3 on page 1 of Google. This helped us in increasing our revenue by 400% while making our customer acquisition cost to virtually zero.
