We approached Squad4 with requirements for a website and CRM solution.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We approached Squad4 based on a referral and had very little experience with HubSpot. I'm sure glad we did. Scott and the Squad4 team were exceptional, knowledgeable, and conscientious.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We co-created both our website functionality, visual identity, and CRM support. We worked out our requirements to bring in our two categories of customers through a ticketing system via HubSpot. We had very little experience with HubSpot and they trained us well. We conducted weekly workshops and tracked the progress through Monday.com.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with Scott (CEO) and Mollie (Visual Identity). All other tasks were handled by Scott's team internally.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have received numerous positive reviews regarding the beauty, functionality, and fast operation of our website on both desktop and mobile devices. Those navigating our CRM-based registration find it easy and user-friendly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Scott and his team exceeded our expectations at every stage. Communication and workflow were steady and dependable. They were 100% on time in either accomplishing a task or notifying us if there were any needs to adjust the schedule.
