I own an online furniture shop.

I needed someone to develop my shop and CMS.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start the process, I discussed my requirements with Sprint Start and gave them examples of websites I liked. I also lined out the pages, categories, and features I wanted.

Sprint Start then designed and developed my e-commerce website using WordPress. They also created my logo and branding. Once the site was finished, the Sprint Start team gave me a tutorial on adding products to the store.

We're now working on another website. Additionally, the team manages my SEO efforts to help us get more leads in the local market. I've given them a list of 4–5 keywords to help them. I'm also considering having them handle my PPC campaigns once I have the budget.

I'm only in contact with a manager, a developer, and a designer, but they have more teammates working in the background.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sprint Start has built my website in just a few days, and they've met all my requirements. I'm happy with the results. Whenever I need them to make any changes, they quickly accommodate them.

In terms of SEO, I'm already starting to get more calls. However, the team informed us that it takes 3–4 months to see a significant increase in traffic.

How did Sprint Start Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I reach out to them all the time, and they're always available. We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but we haven't used project management tools.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had worked with another team for my other business, and they delivered an incomplete website that wasn't responsive. Meanwhile, Sprint Start is swift to respond whenever there's an issue with my website.
