To both improve the overall aesthetics, make the site more mobile friendly, and generally more usable.

Drew Poland, the owner, was referred to me by smart people who had knowledge of his expertise with WordPress.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Complete redesign of my site, creation of a new WordPress site, moving the site to a new host, helping me get my SSL certificate, and ongoing support.

I worked directly with the principal, Drew.

The site is much more usable and attractive. Clients frequently comment on it.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I worked directly with the person who coded and built my site from the ground up. He (Drew) was responsive and very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The owner has a knack for anticipating what the client needs before even the client even knows. He's been at this a number of years, and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Don't change a thing. It's already great, so don't mess with it.
