    Our main contact person has always been Jes Tek-Ing, a senior client success manager at Spiralytics, Inc. She is our point person for all the ads that we'd like to execute. I am not 100% certain how many they are in her team, but I'm pretty sure she has team members that help her execute the work.

    Since partnering with Spiralytics, Inc., our PawnHero Pawnshop ticket number requests and Luxe In sales have been increasing monthly, so we could say that their strategies are working. For those months that we could have done better, they were always prepared with suggestions on how to optimize our strategies.

    Jes, the senior client success manager assigned to us has been very kind in assisting us in our ideas, recommendations and ad requests. She always knows what she's talking about which makes her always confident during our monthly meetings and an effective communicator.

    If there are questions or confusions from us, she makes sure that everything is clarified by answering our query/ies very clearly.

    A few months since the social media accounts were launched proved to be quite difficult as we adjust to the birth pains of the project. But we smoothly adjusted with the operation as we communicated the difficulties between us and Spiralytics team.

    As a result, the social media pages of the hospital gained traction and is doing very well now in terms of reach and engagement of the pages. We succesfully launched one of our online campaigns to share inspirational stories of patients highlighting the good service of the institution.

    It's easy to reach the team as we are all in a group chatroom where we can communicate any sudden requests. The client success manager quickly responds which is important as we deal with social media that has a real-time nature. Deadlines of deliverables are set and communicated well.

    The team assigned to us is very patient when it comes to approval of materials. We tend to make several comments and edits on copies, artworks, and blog but the right revisions are made promptly.

    If it has to do with search, PPC, and content marketing we start from their own insights. We also get yearly reports that include of a road map on where we should go for the upcoming year.

    An Account Manager is assigned to me and I also have contact with her superior. I know they have a bigger team behind them, but our Account Manager is all the contact we need.

    Me and my team never felt the need to bring anybody else on board and there is a seamless single point of contact for our needs. That feeling as a client that sometimes you want to go directly to the person doing the work and directly give feedback? That never happened to us.

    We have increased our amount of qualified leads from 3-5 per week to an average of 20+. They are also helping us out during COVID and is delivering fantastic results. All of these qualified leads allowed us to ramp our business. For every peso we spend on Spiralytics, 7-10 pesos comes back.
