I am the co-owner and general manager of Keeler Mountain Coffee.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spin 90 Digital?

We wanted an online identity. We're better at coffee than we are at web design and branding. We also needed help promoting our company on social media.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our finished website to look modern and visually attractive, based on the local charm of our area.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had looked into some local firms, but we chose Spin 90 Digital based on a friend’s recommendation. Their national experience impressed us, as we hoped to franchise. We expected that they could help develop a regional marketing plan.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had two discovery calls to discuss our goals, and after we signed, they spent some time understanding us and our market position. They completed web design and a digital advertising plan within a few weeks.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with Zach (CEO and Co-Founder, Spin 90 Digital) and Justin (COO and Co-Founder). Some of their other creative team members helped with the website and ad copy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our sales have increased by almost 35% over the previous year. We are expanding our footprint and are in talks to open a new location. We've received positive feedback on the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We maintained constant contact with them. Zach and Justin both checked in personally about once a week, and their understanding of the project and its progress impressed us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have excellent strategic vision and they are capable of explaining their process to customers who don’t have experience with marketing. It felt organic to go through an evaluation of our company and our customer base in order to develop a plan. If anything, I came away a smarter business person because of their process.
