I’m the senior VP of marketing and partnerships at OfficeWork Software. We make organizational charting and workforce planning software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Spierings Communications?

To grow, we were looking to increase the amount of content we were creating. We also wanted to expand our social media marketing through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

We’ve been working together for almost three years now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Throughout the year, it’s been a series of projects. Martin has taken on more responsibilities for us.

Since they’re creating blog posts and content for us, we measure traffic growth to our site and social media platforms. We receive feedback from clients about how they found us.

From a project management standpoint, they’ve been very timely and efficient. If I need it, I can have work done in a quick turnaround time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m really not sure. Martin is a believer in daily improvement. He’s very disciplined. In our case, I’m less disciplined, so it’s a great fit.

Have concise goals. Listen to the advice that Martin provides on projects. It’s usually very accurate.
