What challenge were you trying to address with Sphinx Solutions?

We needed to integrate a stronger web component into our mobile-first educational app. Our main challenge was creating a seamless web platform that complemented our subscription-based model while maintaining the same high-quality, child-safe experience we already offered on iOS and Android.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sphinx Solutions was responsible for designing, developing, and integrating the web-based interface of our iOS and Android mobile app. They worked on both the front- and backend, ensuring that the web version was synchronized perfectly with our mobile app. Their scope also included user authentication, subscription management, and application and platform development activities in a responsive and intuitive web environment.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within just a few months, we saw a 40% increase in engagement and retention, especially from parents who appreciated being able to manage solutions and access content across devices. The web version also helped us position our company more strongly in the competitive global market. Overall, Sphinx Solutions met our expectations.

Sphinx Solutions was reliable and organized throughout the project. They provided clear timelines and didn’t have any issues. We used Google Meet and Google Docs for communication and project management.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Like most development agencies, the availability of certain senior developers was a challenge during peak demand. However, they were always quick to reassign resources and ensure that timelines didn’t slip.
