Tweeted about needing a developer and they were the first, and we got talking while other vendors were getting through but the costumer service and reception probably gave me a good feeling, so I chose the vendor in question

Was usually in contact with a particular customer care representative but whenever I needed something to be done, after speaking with the customer care representative, I'll then be referred to a particular person depending of the department that will tackle the problem
