For what projects/services did your company hire Sparro?

We hired Morris and the team from Sparro predominately web development purposes but learnt early on in the process that they offer far more than just bringing our web design to life.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed not only a slick website in Wordpress but we needed an experts hand in understanding SEO and how best to structure our content. We had to hit key milestones and aggressive timings which Sparro handled brilliantly.

How did you select this vendor?

We found Sparro through another project they did which we liked the look of. We reached out to Morris and Cam who were a pleasure to deal with in the early project discussions and we gained there trust quickly and never looked back.

They took our website designs and created a great Wordpress website. We were impressed with their attention to detail with our designs. Their clear communication meant we always knew where the project was at and we could see updates on the staging server they created.

What was the team composition?

Morris from the get go was our project manager and was fantastic to deal with. In the very rear case that he wasn't available, Cam would step in be across the project. They always had the resources on hand to complete the project on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Once the website was live, our client and the associated parties were all thrilled with the end result. The clean and well structured CMS meant our client had more time to concentrate on other areas of the business rather than labouring over the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Time management is always key for most projects and this was no different. We had a fairly aggressive time line that we had to stick too and Sparro met every one of them. Because Morris was very responsive and organised it meant we we were all aware of our roles in order to deliver the project on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We loved that Sparro are extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. There was no 'my way or the highway' ideas or big attitudes. It was very collaborative, and it felt like they really cared, too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We had a really positive experience with Sparro. They quoted us a price and stuck to it. They were flexible and accomodating.
