Additionally, other aspects such as bank integration, the KYC system integrated with government data, SEC License approval, and security were all successfully handled. I must say, for us, this was an unexpectedly huge success—initially, we thought it would take a year to complete.

Basically, we booked a team to develop and maintain the project, and tickets are discussed and uploaded to JIRA. Since we follow the Scrum model, everything is structured on a weekly basis, with flexibility for adjustments. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product, both in terms of quality and timeline.

We didn’t have IT experience so we didn’t expect the challenges of building an Ecommerce platform. But they delivered a working product and our investor is very happy with the result.

Their project manager was very experienced and provided regular updates. Weekly tasks were assigned and completed through a shared task list on Jira. We could monitor progress which was very important for my CTO.

We visited their office for a few days at the beginning of the project to get to know the team and make sure we were on the same page. During development they presented design mockups through UXPin so we could comment online. We communicated through email and had Skype video calls every week.

We expanded the initial scope so the delivery date was one month longer than expected. But that was partly due to delays on our end.
