Please describe your company and your position there.

I am starting my career as a freelance interior designer, specialising in high end residential design.

As my business is in the early development stage, I enlisted the help of Spacey Studios to establish myself as a viable brand. Through working closely with Ben, he was able to translate my briefing and provide me with deliverables that encapsulated the essence of what I hope to achieve through my design business.

How did you select this vendor?

After searching online, I was drawn to the easy navigation and clear communication of Spacey Studios' website. After engaging conversation with the team, I was overwhelmed with their prompt responses and their genuine want to assist me.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

After engaging the studio, we begun our process by establishing a design brief which consisted of outlining general project scope, target audiences, creative direction and colour and typography styles. Spacey Studios then put together a draft presentation allowing me to review and provide feedback on the work produced. We then repeated this process until I gave final sign off on the revised designs.

After this the final deliverables were produced which included: - Complete brand package of all print and digital files of my new logo in CMYK, RGB and Pantone colour layouts. File package contained a range of file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF and more. - Brand Style Guide with colours, typography, logo usage guides - Professional business cards, letterheads and invoice templates.

I collaborated with the director of Spacey Studios, Ben.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As I am yet to launch my freelancing I have only received direct feedback from close friends and family who can all agree that the pieces produced reflect my personality and design directive perfectly.

We were in constant contact throughout the whole design process and undertook various video and face to face meetings. Whenever I had any questions or queries Ben was always quick to respond and provide me with constant reassurance that I had made the right decision in choosing Spacey Studios.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Although dealing with a young team, I was rather impressed by their level of commitment and dedication to their clients along with their knowledge around how to properly launch me into the business world. Their fast response times and their high level of collaboration made the entire process easy and seamless.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can honestly say I was rather pleased with the entire experience and can't fault their design process.

I am the director of Urbanity Premium Detailing which specialises in car detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating.

Our company needed some solid promotional material like booklets, brochures and business cards. Spacey Studios designed these for us, and helped consult on our website construction.

I had used Spacey Studios in the past and they had never let me down. Ben, their director, seriously is a level above every other competitor that I had enquired with and looked at their work. It was a no brainer when it came to quality and value for money.

After a meeting to discuss where I wanted to take the business, they were able to send me multiple different design directions that we could go, what they would achieve and how we could do them. It was the most reassuring and thorough process that I have been through and they have accommodated every single change and element that I have requested, aswell as making their own valued suggestions based on their expertise.

In total I just worked with Ben, their director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The entire process was streamlined, professional and of the highest quality I can imagine. Every single person I have shown the work to has been absolutely floored at the quality of it and it has really cemented my place as a premium business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There is not a single thing more I could ever ask for from them in this department. This business shines with their communication as there hasn't been a single barrier on being able to communicate information back and forth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to take an idea that I have, put it to paper and make it look so premium that I almost cannot believe that my company gets to use it. At such an affordable price range, we are constantly floored at the professionalism and quality of their work. Spacey Studios have never disappointed me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really don't know if I could ask more from them, regardless of price. We are a very satisfied client and will continue to recommend them.
