I'm the Founder of an online platform for distributing ideas. It's a new technology called a sense network.

For what projects/services did your company hire EPC Group?
We needed help managing our Office 365 products like hosted email and end user support for those products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online and found EPC. Their reviews seemed fine and the indicated they would work hard to do a good job.

They would take tasks having to do with things like email configuration, new mailboxes, feature changes, email security, etc., and attempt to help us resolve them.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
About 5 or 6, the CEO, account manager, and various tech staff.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Very little was done in the way of any success. To the extent there was success, it was mired in delays and unresponsiveness along the way.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
EPC was very slow to respond, usually took 2 or 3 reminders to get anywhere and that's assuming they answered at all without efforts to escalate first.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Practically nothing can be described as good about EPC.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Errin the CEO should stop saying he's going to help fix service issues and then not replying to emails for weeks or months. Same for the account manager Carissa, she should stop ignoring client emails and then every once in a while saying that she's not a good contact for account help despite her title.
