Before working with them we relied heavily on creative testing on Facebook and that was super difficult to maintain given the CPA of $70. We wanted to try Google ads for the longest time but was afraid of burning our dollars again:

• Soodo first did a website overhaul. The new theme not only looks great but has also improved our user experience, boosting our conversion rates significantly.
• After that we did a Google Ads PMAX campaign. Our ad spend started slowly to give more time and data signals.
• Gradually we seen after 3 months, a return on investment doubled from what we prev spent on Meta.

What I appreciate most is Jessica from Soodo’s commitment to continuous improvement. She was able to look at our business from both customer n business owner POV and made small tweaks that resulted in a big difference. Her proactive and close-to-daily management kept our whole remodel of the business sharp and effective.

Revamped Shopify Website:

• We got a redesigned website with improved navigation, user experience, and animations. Def had an increase in conversion rates post-implementation.

Increased Average Order Value & ROAS:

• Elevated our AOV from $20 to $50 per order through strategic product selection and brand positioning.
• ROAS was 1.5 previously on Meta and we averaged around 3 w PMAX

Detailed Reporting and Analysis:

• We got comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, insights from testing, and adjustments made for continual improvement.

 I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for Shopify experts. It's a good mix of consulting and implementation without too much hand holding, which i appreciate as a new brand owner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Soodo could have done differently?

It seems like at times the company is spread too thin. In the end we were able to cope with running the ads ourselves as they did not have the bandwidth to take on more clients after our 3 months break w them. We were able to continue our work arrangment with them to just off page SEO at the moment.

This significant difference highlights the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of their Pinterest advertising strategy. As a value-added service, Soodo optimized the landing page and collections on Patch & Bagel’s website, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers and driving further sales.
Our success is attributed to Soodo's meticulous optimization of age ranges and countries within the Pinterest dashboard every few days. They also implemented individual campaigns for our best-selling products and planned additional retargeting campaigns for the future. We were most impressed by the high frequency of the weekly creatives testing. 
Their meticulous attention to detail in optimizing campaigns and their deep understanding of our customer base stood out. Are there any areas for improvement or something Soodo could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Soodo was highly positive, there are a few areas where we believe there could be room for improvement:

• Bigger Team Needed: While communication with Jessica were generally good, having an assistant rather than managing many things on her own would have been beneficial for better alignment and timely adjustments.
• Broader A/B Testing: Implementing a wider range of A/B tests on different ad creatives and landing pages could potentially uncover additional insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Long-term Strategy Planning: While the short-term results were impressive, having more discussions around long-term strategy and scalability would have provided a clearer roadmap for sustained growth.

Overall, these are minor suggestions in the context of an otherwise excellent partnership.
