What challenge were you trying to address with Solve100?
We have multiple systems with data and we needed to have one way to look at it across many different systems.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They put Power BI in place for data warehousing, connected all the systems, and then provided the executive dashboard that we requested. For the dashboard, they took the lead and just asked us questions to get the end result and right features and functionalities.

How did you come to work with Solve100?
We found them locally through our network. We asked around for who’d be the best fit to help us and chose Solve100 because they’d worked with businesses of a similar size and complexity as us. They understood us and worked in larger environments, so it gave us confidence.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Two-fold, their team is saving us hours every week from having to correlate data across multiple systems. We’re able to get data insights that we were missing before that caused us to change operationally.
How did Solve100 perform from a project management standpoint?
It was a very smooth process. Every two weeks, we had scheduled talks to go over progress. They were also available whenever we were having challenges. Their project management was perfect and we used Autotask.
They didn’t waste our time — we had tight calls and let us know what we needed to review. They were very efficient with our time usage.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We came to them with very light needs and they were able to ask all the right questions. They were able to produce the right result even when we didn’t know how to articulate it.
