Expertpays
The company reached us with a few challenges: low level of lead generation and unsatisfied level of brand awareness. This is quite an ordinary issue for the platform with a narrow audience. Expertpays works for people that hardly could be defined differently. They provide services for lawyers. Anyway, it makes things more challenging and interesting. Okay, the audience is not wide, so we had to make extremely efficient and strict channels of lead generation. Needless to say that when making traffic for such a target one should be very accurate. We tested a few channels of traffic and face excellent, although unexpected results. We’ve had quite impressive results on Facebook, which was rather unexpected, but as turned out, worth of trying. Several campaigns that we run increased brand recognition and helped to reach better organic reach.

Please describe your company and your position there.
CMO at XDAO, XDAO is a multichain tool for creating and managing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency?
Solus.Agency took full responsibility for working with KOLs and covered this direction entirely. In fact, they did even more than that: we received the ambassador board most of which collaborated with us for the XDAO token.
How did you select this vendor?
From our advisor. Knowing our goals in their specificity, he recommended Solus.Agency. This was the main reason we chose them. The additional factor we chose Solus was their offer — the most convincing one among everything we received. Plus, the way they shaped our communication was another point. We see they were flexible, ready to meet our requirements, and unlike many agencies, they didn't want to just sell but really get involved in the whole thing.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
First of all, to create an ambassador board of those who can make integration for tokens. At this point, Solus was pitching bloggers who were ready for such a request. Given the state of the market, finding the bloggers willing to work for a token instead of quite comfortable payments in stable coins, wasn't an easy task. After approving influencers we started working with the ambassador board. Since it was very efficient, Solus also created additional media plans that consisted of friendly GEO - Turkey, Brazil, Spain, etc.
Considering the quality of these influencers, we were ready to make integrations in exchange for stables. When all the influencers were ready, we started creating info reasons to get maximum attention to the main events - BNB Сhain challenge, listing, and investment round closing . At this phase Solus.Agency worked very well. We are continuing working with the ambassador board and will be using it for the next big events.
What was the team composition?
We communicated with the head of a department and with CEO. We know that Solus has 40+ people, but it is hard to tell how many people were involved in the project generally.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We knew the quality of service would be high due to the fact that Solus worked with the market leaders like 1inch. Besides, one of the most credible crypto advisors recommended hiring Solus.Agency. Our expectations weren't wrong: Solus is a clients-oriented company that always wants to achieve what's been discussed in the best way and manage to bring even a bit more.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
When working with influencers, measuring results in direct numbers from analytics isn't the best way to picture the outcomes. Influencers bring brand awareness that converts into direct traffic for a site that is impossible to track properly. The main task - creating an ambassador board - was completed. Based on numbers the efficiency of working with ambassadors was more than average. In the BNB chain challenge, direct traffic brought by Solus was 15%.
However, this was the traffic we could count. We understand that actual numbers were much higher, but we can't track all of it. These results multiplied on brand awareness demonstrating that cooperation with the influencers was very good. We also worked with influencers from unusual geo that brought us a boost of activity in their local communities.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Solus isn't a typical Web3 agency. Often such agencies just tried to sell and leave, but a team of Solus was eager to achieve the best possible results. It was evident they were interested and enthusiastic in achieving all the goals and even more. That's the definition of a good agency: they do their best to roll out the outcomes they will be proud of. It goes without saying, clients win here, too.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
All good

Please describe your company and your position there.
We provide NFT marketplace, multi-chain DEX, cross-chain bridge, traditional farming and autofarming, and bind it in one ecosystem with gamified NFT farming.
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency, and what were your goals?
The word “hire” doesn’t really suit here. First and foremost aim of our partnership was the exchange of experience. Solus support us with their expertise in the field of marketing, community management and business development, while we were sharing our knowledge in the DeFi sphere. But for sure, we have some common goals such as community growing, normalizing community management processes as well as find platform for IDO conducting and closing the private round.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
One of our co-founders mentioned working with them before.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Everything begins with a series of calls and consultations and evolves into common hard working weeks. We started with defining weaknesses and action plan creation. Then every single week Solus team gathers all the points ( that evolve on a regular basis during early project phases ) and update the short-term strategy. That kind of “audit” from Solus that helps us a lot.
Not in words, but in deeds our collaboration started with launching KOL and Telegram marketing that became an extremely good push for our community. After that Solus team developed the list of activities ( challenges, trivias, etc ) aiming both to attract new users and activate existing audiences and the implementation process started. Besides that on an everyday basis Solus team connected us with both IDO platforms and funds representatives that play an important role in our BD process.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In the most active way we were communicating with:
- Solus agency founder - Pasha
- Head of MediaBuying - Rusya
- Influence manager - Dmitryi
But many more people were responsible for handling the processes.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since we had complex cooperation with Solus that includes many levels, it is quite hard to distinguish just one metric. For example, we wanted to raise a project to a new level, complete a significant number of points from our roadmap, etc.
However, I can name a few outcomes worth mentioning: they attracted more than 40 warm NFT and crypto-oriented investment funds and connected us with more than 15 top launch pads. Besides, they brought around 10k NFT&P2E enthusiasts to our community from different sources and a variety of target audiences.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
To organise sprints we used Asana; To gather and sort contacts we used HubSpot CRM; For strategic planning was Miro; For communication, it was enough to use Telegram. We're also thankful for the team of Solus for their flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to our requests.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The fact that Solus cares about the project like it is their own. Often we would have calls on weekends, in the morning and night. We didn't expect such a level of involvement from the agency after all.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Sure, the world would stop if the areas for improvement didn’t exist. But nothing that could spoil the customer experience.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m Tom, CEO of Liberty Gaming, the new disrupter in GameFi backed by Animoca Brands and other huge names. During our collaboration with Solus, my main responsibility was to communicate with investors. Naturally, a team of Solus established primary contact with them.
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency?
As I mentioned before, our working area was IR. The main goal was to attract 40 warm contacts of highly -targeted leads. They should be a part of investment funds, Tier 1 or Tier 2 type, and focused on crypto projects.
How did you select this vendor?
We used to work with Solus on other projects, so we knew about the level of their expertise. So, when we faced the urge of finding investors' contacts, we had no doubts that collaborating with Solus would be the best idea.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Even though the terms were quite tight, we managed to divide our work into sprints and achieve a desirable KPI on time.
- 1 phase - shaping a highly-targeted base from funds and among decision-makers.
- 2 phase - creating the funnels of scripts and the scripts themselves.
- 3 phase - primary network boosting and warming up LinkedIn and email profiles;
- 4 phase - setting up multi-channel outreach campaign;
- 5 phase - establishing a proper functioning of these campaigns;
Once Solus provides CRM with new contacts, further responsibilities would have to be ours - to communicate with investors directly. Due to a well-crafted framework, we have been able to reach a desirable outcome on time.
What was the team composition?
Not sure what is the size of the Solus team that was involved in the process. I was communicating with Pavlo, who is CEO of Solus agency, and Ruslana, who is Head of Solus.b department. I would also like to thank the whole team that has been working with us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As I said before our goal was to attract 40 warm contacts of C-level executives from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Funds and it was achieved. Besides, thanks to multichannel outreach me and my colleagues managed to have a very good network boost. We also establish communication with those who would be interested to work together not only on other projects but on our guild as well.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
At the moment of writing, we achieved everything we aimed for, so the program is closed. We, on the other hand, are closing the deals with investors attracted by Solus. We're also looking for further collaboration with Solus on other projects.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was surprised that this team doesn't work to just get things done. They were looking to improve the working process with passion and dedication.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
We’ve experienced some troubles with technical side during our campaign. Sometimes it took ages to log in into the Linkedin profile. That fact did not prevent us from achieving pre-planned results, but still that is not the most pleasant part of our cooperation

I am the Head of Digital of Waves Tech. While talking about Vires Finance, it's The Liquidity Protocol for Lending and Borrowing Assets based on Waves Blockchain
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency, and what were your goals?
We started working with Solus agency at the very beginning of Vires Finance development, which is why it would not be relevant to define exact targets and tools.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
My colleagues have been working with Solus agency before in terms of marketing for other products from the Waves Tech ecosystem. Therefore our choice wasn’t really hard. We were told that Solus agency will help with our goals and after receiving their offer and spending some time discussing it we were convinced once again.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
1st Phase was the testing phase. Solus' team came up with the hypothesis and ways of their implementation. Solus team offered to start with the Telegram publications and a few YT publications at the authoritative channels and that is how we got started.
They prepared all the attributions and carried the campaign from the beginning to the end. I was a bit surprised that instead of writing one post and one brief, those guys tested dozens of approaches. Such a comprehensive approach allows us to significantly increase traffic and conversions just after the first campaign.
After the first phase we already knew where to shoot, therefore we started to scale. We establish long-term collaboration with the most efficient Telegram Channels and influencers, while continuing testing new ones. In November we hit our goal of 1 billion liquidity, but weren’t aiming to stop. That was a time when we decided to launch Google and Facebook Ads Campaign together with Solus as well.
That was a period of the crash in the crypto zone and the extreme fear running in this market, so we won’t grow as much as in the beginning. But unlike our competitors, the activity at Vires Finance remains almost stable, which is a huge destination during such a market. We are not aiming to stop. Suppose that our collaboration could be even more fruitful.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our main targets are connected to the investments, so I can share just public data. Talking approximately, the TVL has been multiplied X3 from the beginning of our campaign with Solus Agency and grew from $250mln to more than $1bln.
Surely, it is multiple sources at one time: our community, organic traffic and Solus Agency efforts. We measured result of each separate campaign and the analytics give us enough understanding about Solus team performance in traffic acquisition, lead generation, and increasing TVL of the platform at all.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We conducted calls to brainstorm about strategic stuff and discussed everything else in the Telegram. It was the case when you didn’t feel oversaturated with tons of organizational tools, while still keeping organized and effective.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Community of crypto marketers is quite wide and I have already had experience communicating with a lot of its representatives and, actually, they were really “narrowly directed”. Clickbait posts, one-time low quality integrations and all that stuff. Solus team is radically different. They seem to be strategic thinkers with out-of-the-box minds.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing I can think of right now.

I am Alexandra, Head of Product at blockchain-powered ecosystem for HR products Chrono.tech, and LaborX is part of it. LaborX is a freelance jobs platform designed to help crypto companies connect with blockchain-oriented freelancers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency?
LaborX is the platform that is aiming to unite freelancers and employers involved in the crypto sphere. We never had any problems with attracting the first category. But when it came to attracting employers, some difficulties appeared. Facebook was our main tool for employers' acquisition but it didn't work as well as we wanted.
So, we decided to diversify and test other approaches. Here is where our partnership with Solus began.
How did you select Solus Agency and what were the deciding factors?
LaborX CEO Sergei heard positive feedback about Solus agency from crypto community and suggested to contact them. The final decision was made after receiving the offer and negotiating with the Solus team. The solution prepared by Solus guys was not standard or widely seen within the market, so we decided to give this interesting experience a chance and get the ball rolling.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After negotiating all the formalities, we started with a few calls dedicated to the audience decomposition. The Solus team created a detailed ICP description as well as a hypothesis board based on the points that we’ve discussed. After receiving approval from our side, they gathered all the info to write outreach scripts that were fully customized both to the different audiences and hypotheses.
And then the “review marathon” started. We had a few comments on the scripts, which we discussed with the Solus team to come to a common solution. Together with preparing campaign attribution, we were working on setting up a comfortable CRM for both sides. All the scripts and lead bases were ready, the CRM and other outreach tools (Expandi, Lemlist) were set up and our sales representative got onboarded on all the ABM processes.
Then Solus agency pressed the start button and the cycle of communication with leads, scheduling calls, and hypothesis validation started. On a weekly basis, we were reviewing results, and the Solus team took the necessary measures.
How many resources from the Solus Agency team worked with you, and what were their positions?
When it comes to Account-Based Marketing Campaign, the team structure must be really well-planned. It was the following: Pavlo - CEO of Solus agency Ruslana - Head of Marketing at Solus.b department Alex - SDR Olexandra - Lead generation manager As a Product Manager, I was also involved in the processes of artifacts discussing and communication with leads as well as my colleague Flo.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Unfortunately, we can’t disclose the exact data. Relative indicators, % Replied to Contacted equals 13,27%, while Replied to MQL equals 27,78%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was quite effective despite huge time difference. We were using Asana for sprint planning and managing artifacts and reports. At the same time, Telegram was used as the main tool for communication. Most deadlined were met and guys were quick with replies.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The Account-Based Marketing campaign is quite a unique service itself. Speaking of the working process, We were surprised by their proactivity and desire to do more than planned.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Finding a native speaker with high proofreading skills took a bit more time than we expected. Finally, the Solus team found a really skillful and enthusiastic candidate, but the search process caused delays in the flow of hypothesis validation a bit.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am CMO of Xena. Talking about our company, it's the most customizable crypto derivatives exchange you could ever find. Our partners could trade futures, perpetuals, and Bitcoin volatility and stay calm with knowing that Xena provide them with zero counterparty risk.
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency, and what were your goals?
We reckoned that when it comes to our audience ( hedge funds / trading firms, market makers ) we can generate leads only with the referrals. Our clients are really loyal to us, that is why the cases where some of them advised Xena to other companies are quite common. However, referrals are limited. In the end, we did not know how to find and attract a new audience and attract it. Besides, any of the typical marketing approaches weren't fitting our goals. Facebook traffic, mass LinkedIn or email outreach was not a thing. So we've reached an impasse.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were acquainted with Pavlo, who is CEO of Solus agency a few years before we started the Account Based Marketing campaign. During some time we even worked with him on marketing activities for other projects. Once Pavlo said that together with the team they gained an expertise in launching an Account Based Marketing campaign, the main aim of which is to attract “high value” leads.
Both of us understand that it's time to start working together in terms of Xena's marketing, but we are already working with another agency at that moment. Thus we decided to launch an ABM campaign with Solus, while conducting some marketing activities with other agencies. In a month Solus team became our single marketing contractor:)
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
First of all, we had a few brainstorms and created our ICP. We also found out what our main triggers are, and who is going to be our decision-makers. In the next step, we launched a customer development session and proved the results to the existing audience. Based on the received data we create a strategy and select channels of communication to engage the audience. Solus.Agency created mindmaps, roadmaps and UJM based on common strategic sessions and market research.
Finally, we would make a structure for future work using Asana. After that based on hypothesis and ICP description Solus team created dozens of scripts for all occasions and created lead base, which was preceded by qualitative validation and manual filtering Shortly after launching the outreach, we started receiving replies.
According to the agreements in the beginning of the funnels all the communication with leads was conducted by Solus team ( apart from technical questions ). And then when the conversation came to a meeting or agreement on the terms of cooperation sales manager from Xena side came into play By the way, I want to thank Solus.Agence for the work they have done: the marketing department was very well orchestrated, meanwhile both sales departments were on the same page all the time. The SDR process was the main area where we collaborated.
We discussed how to work with leads, how to turn negative replies into positive, what kind of reply rate we aimed for and so on. Together with the Solus team, we formed hypotheses and held strategic sessions every week. We analysed the outcome of these hypotheses and based on the analysis we would shape the scope of the next actions. Solus. Agency provided us with: Marketing artifacts ( scripts, banners, etc ) ICP draft; Roadmap, UJM, CRM setting; Marketing and sales alignment; Basic processes of communicating with the lead.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 7 people from the Solus Agency working with us. It was the first experience in my career of working with such a unique team.
- Pasha - CEO & Founder
- Ruslana - Head of lead generation
- Dmytro - Head of traffic
- Dmytro - Head of design
- Sofia - Project manager
- Alex - Sales manager
- Yaruk - Sales development representative
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Sure, Solus agency help us to attract 33 companies that already proceed to the deal, while with around 40 companies communication is still in progress Talking about metrics, average conversion from Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead was around 17%, which is really crazy
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Solus team are Miro guys :) All their strategies were visualized with miro, thus at any moment of time, we could come back to it in order to remind us in which direction we are moving. Talking about tasks management, we have a common task tracking board in Asana with all the deadlines and task assignees. If we need to discuss certain nuances asap - Telegram works extremely well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The whole idea behind the process of account-based marketing was a bit strange and unusual to me. It's due to the fact that I knew almost all about traditional outreach and all other standard tools. So, the first thing that startled me is the synchronization of all the tools. It was impressive how Solus Agency built a completely unique user journey map for each client. Literally, no more than the client took the same path from the first contact with Xena to an onboarding stage.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Obviously, there are some. Actually, we have been even discussing this with the Solus team how deeper can personalization be. You could even trach intention data of your potential leads and know where they had the breakfast. Thus there is a huge area of becoming more and more personalized in the outreaching campaign. Actually, we are thinking of launching a new, highly personalized outreach campaign.

Since starting our work with Solus Agency, we acquired 50,000 subscribers as a result of one project, and 500 leads from another. Their team collected 400% of the KPIs required for a cryptocurrency project, so we’re happy with the results of their work, so far.
How did Solus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication between our teams has been great. They do well at meeting deadlines that are set for them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Once they understand the project, they work independently without needing to be micromanaged. They invest a lot of time into projects, come up with good ideas, and deliver great results within our budget.
Are there any areas they could improve?
When mistakes were found, they just continued testing over and over until they found the right solution, but that’s not a big area to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Fully explain the project and trust their process.

Social Media Community Development for Tourist App

Please describe your company and your position there.
Onlife is an application for tourists based on blockchain technology. The main idea of the app is that each user can tag their favorite places and make money on it. The business, in turn, receives advertising and the opportunity to attract new customers.
The service is built on three pillars - trust in reviews, rewards for users, high-quality client traffic for the business. We have six degrees of protection against fake content. Each one separately can be bypassed, but all together - very unlikely.
- Geolocation. Feedback about any place can be written only by the user who checked in there.
- Community trust rating. If users come to the restaurant on the recommendation of Onlife and see a clear discrepancy with what they have read in the application, they write honest reviews and lower the rating of the recommender.
- Revisions every three months. The system randomly appoints inspectors from among users with a good reputation. Based on their assessments, a separate rating is formed for the location.
- Validation of reviews through the blockchain. This is how we protect reviews from any changes.
- Analytics + blocking. When 99% of users put the restaurant "8" and "9" points, and someone - "1" or "2" points, the system responds to such deviations and notifies the support service.
One smartphone - one account. All rewards that users receive are awarded in the form of bonuses. One bonus is equal to one dollar. Users will be able to pay with bonuses in places connected to Onlife, transfer them to accounts of other users, and convert into cash.
We cooperate with micro-business, small and medium-sized businesses. A separate large segment includes self-employed professionals, for example, guides or nail artists.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were working with the Gotbit team in terms of listing and during one of the meetings we touched on the topic of marketing. That is when Gotbit team chose Solus agency as a marketing contractor. And after a few days of chatting with Solus team, we filled the brief, receive the proposal and decide that we are good to go with those guys
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
So together with Solus team we are working on: Telegram marketing Influencers marketing Facebook traffic ( and Reddit traffic in case of FB bans :) We decided to move slowly and track the data after every single move in order to optimize the results, so before launching a new campaign we used to brainstorm a bit and analyse available data.
After a common brainstorm Solus team is developing hypotheses, defining main messages and creating all the attributions ( posts, briefs, banners, etc ) Then they create media plans and after our approval the publication starts going live and our community keep growing :)
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
NFT books is a young project. And without right marketing activities young projects usually could not live to maturity. Thus after being listed at CoinMarketCap, we decide that we need marketing push to grow faster.
We didn’t have special preferences for certain marketing tools before the beginning of our collaboration, so we let Solus agency decide on the toolpak on their own. They choose Telegram marketing as well as collaboration with YouTube, Twitter and TikTok KOLs as well as Facebook and Reddit targeting. And I feel that that was the right choice.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They choose Telegram marketing as well as collaboration with YouTube, Twitter and TikTok KOLs as well as Facebook and Reddit targeting. And I feel that that was the right choice.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Twice a week
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Solus team is excited about NFT books project just the same as our loyal community members and this is very positively reflected in their work. They aren’t doing marketing for the sake of marketing. They are doing marketing to help NFTBOOKS project conquer the world.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
To tell the truth, we failed with using GA in the very beginning. We just didn’t set it up correctly, so Solus team couldn’t make data driven decisions at that time. Currently everything is fixed and we are good to go.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Co-owner of Binance Futures Trading Bot - MyBotGarage
For what projects/services did your company hire Solus Agency, and what were your goals?
Launching of trading-bots platform. We started from telegram community building, but then decided to launch PPC, content marketing, landing creation and managing.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Before our acquaintance recommended them we knew nothing about Solus. When we had our first meeting, we understood that we’re on the same wave with Solus. They had high expertise, and we had a good start and were pretty comfortable with the communication. Last straw was their cases, that’s why we chose Solus for MyBotGarage.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
We started from onboarding, discussed the goals, target audience. Then they described the manifestation of our product, tone of voice, required researches and some content decisions. Then we understood that it was very useful for understanding of our next steps. Then we needed some time to develop the MVP, while Solus team was preparing the product for the release.
They did some test launches, gathered small community, launched small PPC campaign and we understood that product performs well in terms of advertising. Then we started to scale our project, and our community was scaling too. Some good results were achieved during the first month.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- Pavlo - CEO;
- Ruslana - marketing team lead;
- Dmytro - marketing teamlead and PPC
- Andriy - PPC specialist
- Vlad - content writer;
- Dmytro - designer;
- Sofia - professional translator.
- Yulia - content manager.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were surprised that we started really fast. That start was productive, firstly we launched 1 telegram community, then second one. One day the workflow started to stagnate, maybe the platform has burnt out, so we decided to launch PPC, start working with landing and change the concept of social media and we started to see the results again.
Result in numbers: The community has grown from 0 to 2800, numbers are not large, but we aim for a long-lasting audience that will regularly use our services and follow our social media. The average price of 1 user was $0.55 and we spent on it $1.500 The number of users was changing because of service specificities, but it was satisfying us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had lots of calls, to establish our strategy and tactics of marketing, we were surprised at how personal-based the approach was. Also we should mention really fast communication and clear reporting.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Fast start – we started the actions within a week. I contacted the agency. Also the personalized approach was impressive for us. A huge amount of meetings and texting – we think that made our campaigns effective.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
After the six-month of cooperation we saw a stagnation. That was not really surprising, concerning the time we’re working together, but after a couple of meetings on that problem they started to make up new creative content and new approaches, so that issue was quickly fixed.
