I'm founder KARABAS.COM KARABAS.COM – the national booking operator and the leading Internet - service for sale of tickets for entertaining actions in Ukraine.

We hired SOFT APP to create mobile applications for 2 platforms (IOS, Android), and also helped to redesign our company's website so that the service could work with high loads

We were looking for a reliable contractor who would fully and efficiently complete the task. We held several meetings with different companies and chose this one because they had experience in working with high loads.

The service worked with high loads and could provide up to 500,000 active sessions with zero losses. Developed mobile applications with 98% stability We are very pleased with the development as it allowed us to become better than our competitors

They are very flexible and use an agile methodology. We carried out task planning, which allowed us to control the result.

Qualified and reliable. They were able to explain difficult things in simple terms. High-quality implementation of tasks in a short time.

We would like the guys to share their experience in product design more. Because their experience was very useful for us.

I am the CEO of a Ukrainian legaltech company Pravosud. We are one of the leading providers of specialized software for legal practitioners.

SOFTXAPP built our application from a concept to a final release version and continues further improving our product on a constant basis. Their cover the full range of services from UX/UI design to backend and frontend development. Our app is a litigation analytics platform built on different sources of open data, including government registries.

I know that the founder of the company and its leading software engineers were engaged in several projects involving the use of big data and machine learning. Their expertise in these fields was a decisive factor.

The SOFTXAPP team made research on the state and quality of the open data in the country, as well as methods for its gathering and processing. Then they built an MVP and helped to test it. Finally, they developed a release version and continue to support and improve the product on a daily basis. In our project we mostly used Python.

At different stages of development, the company provided between 4 to 7 specialists. They were backend, frontend, QA and UX/UI positions.

SOFTXAPP helped us develop a very complex product with a high level of quality. As a result, we became one of the leading providers in the field of legal tech in Ukraine.

SOFTXAPP management is very "user-friendly". They try to understand the clients' business on a very detailed level so that to deliver the best results. They are very flexible and easy-going when in comes to everyday communications.

I can't think of any.

We are a social startup that aims to help users communicate easier than they do now by overcoming language barriers, avoid many applications, etc.

We hired SOFTXAPP from the moment we had just an idea. Together with them, we developed the product design, logic, we explore and gathered together a team that successfully implemented everything we wanted.

We needed experience in similar projects, as well as a good product manager who would help finish the idea. The experience of the team and the stack was also important. Before choosing a company, we hired a technical specialist who checked many and we settled on SOFTXAPP

The project took about 4 years, there were many developments where the SOFTXAPP actively participated. Project steps:

1.  Product design development, roadmap development
2. User research
3. Recruiting a team for implementation
4. Creation of MVP, testing of MVP
5. Project launch and support.
6. Development further versions The main technologies were python and elixir. Mongodb was used as the database. The main platforms are IOS and Android.

There were 15 people in total and 10 in a core team. Including CTO, project manager and 5- 10 developers depends on time and tasks

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The main indicator for us was a high-quality and complete product - it was fully developed and launched. While entering the market, we went through many stages and the guys showed their professionalism, which we really appreciate. During development, flexibility in the terms of reference was very important to us, and the company provided this. The quality of the product and its security was checked by auditors and high results were shown. The team took an active part in the design of the product, which helped us further since we did not have much experience in this area.

They use Agile for project management using Jira and Slack for communication. Preliminary development planning is carried out according to a jointly developed roadmap.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Сommunication and attitude to the client, as well as technical professionalism. Their responsibility and timeliness in the delivery were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A little better to work on the documentation. We discussed it and the guys will fix it. I would also advise holding more meetings with the team
