I'm an executive at a marketplace application preparing to launch in the Australian market. It's a mobile-first product that offers retailers around Australia services such as fast delivery and a media channel for sales and promotions through live streaming.

Software Co is helping us develop a mobile application for iOS and Android. They've also built a web application for admins and a web application for retailers to manage their inventory and orders.

We spent 6–8 weeks working through the architecture and planning the user journeys and the ideal UX, looking at many different iterations of design and flows to do shortlisting.

We've decided to roll it out as stage two publicly for the web-based platform because we want to do a mobile-first.

What is the team composition?

The initial phase had a team of five people, including a project manager, a business analyst, a UX designer, a UI designer, and an architect.

For the development phase, we have a team of about eight people; mobile developers, backend developers, web developers, a quality tester, a project manager, and a business analyst.
