After the launch, we noticed more people booking tables through the website, more guests showing up to events, and our team could update the menu and news much faster with the new admin panel.

The site now loads quicker and works more efficiently on smartphones.

SoftPeak’s team developed an MVP of our cross-platform mobile application, tailored specifically to our business objectives within a 3-month timeline.

The application successfully handled over 15,000 simultaneous users without any performance issues.

During the project release we didn't have any issues and our beta users provided only positive feedback.

Communication with SoftPeak’s team was smooth and efficient. During the Discovery phase, we clearly defined the development roadmap, project milestones, and our communication plan.

Andrew, our project manager, provided regular updates during weekly meetings and frequently shared intermediate progress via Slack every 2-3 business days.

All conversations took place through Google Meet and Slack, making us feel like we were working together as one unified team.

SoftPeak’s software development was extremely good, and we're fully satisfied with their technical expertise and performance.

Unfortunately, they don’t provide marketing and advertising services for apps, so for these specific needs, we had to partner with another vendor.

Their team started with in-depth UX research and created wireframes and prototypes tailored for both patients and healthcare professionals. 
Based on it they created a complete UI&UX design system for the mobile applications, web app and admin panel. 

After the Discovery phase SoftPeak's development team was responsible for the development of the Mobile applications, Web application and Admin panel

The scope included:

 • Developing mobile applications for patients (appointment booking, video calls, notifications).

 • Creating web application for doctors (schedule management, patient records, payments).

 • Delivering a responsive, intuitive design with a focus on ease of use and HIPAA compliance.

Honestly, there’s nothing major we’d call out. The team was responsive, flexible, and delivered quality work. Of course, with any fast-moving project, there were small things we adjusted along the way, but that’s normal. Overall, we were very happy with how everything was handled.
