• In order to provide residents with better healthcare, our public health department desperately needed to update its technology. To develop a variety of digital solutions, including electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, appointment scheduling software, and patient portals, we engaged Softellar. 
• These systems needed to facilitate seamless data sharing and communication between medical professionals, patients, and administrative staff. They also needed to be user-friendly, safe, and compliant with industry standards.

The entire development process of important healthcare applications was handled by Softellar's team. They closely collaborated with our board to identify our unique requirements and obstacles. Among the principal results were: A safe patient portal for obtaining health information, scheduling consultations, and corresponding with medical staff. 
An intuitive system for setting up appointments that improved productivity for both staff and patients. A system for electronic health records (EHRs) that centralized patient data for easy access by medical professionals.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our experiences using Softellar have produced incredible outcomes. Our staff is better able to focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services because of the patient portal and appointment scheduling system, which have significantly decreased administrative tasks. Better care is being provided overall as a result of the EHR system's increased efficiency in managing patient data. 
Additionally, we are now able to provide remote consultations and monitoring services to a greater number of our County residents because of the telehealth platform.

The staff at Softellar regularly provides what we need on schedule and is effective at solving issues. Email, Slack, Zoom, and WhatsApp are used to facilitate communication.

Their depth of knowledge and communication skills truly impressed me. Since they were open and honest about everything, the weekly meetings were very beneficial. To top it all off, during business hours, they consistently responded to emails within 20 minutes. I was genuinely impressed.
