I’m the nurse practitioner of an integrative medical clinic. We have a supplement store attached to the clinic and an online supplement store.

SocialLynx has designed and developed our website. We met with SocialLynx a couple of times and gave them our vision. We've never done any marketing before, so they walked us through what would be best for us. We've talked through keywords for SEO and given them an idea of our business. If there are trending products on social media, I tell them what those are, and they do more ads for those. If my boss goes on a podcast, I tell them about the podcast, and they help put those into the SEO keywords.

We've provided them with images, text, and colors for the website. They also manage our Google Ads campaigns.

Our conversions are up, and our traffic from Google is up significantly — by 112%. SocialLynx makes us more discoverable. They use keywords and specific patented ingredients in our formulas, so we pop up when somebody Googles those.

How did SocialLynx perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and stay on budget. We communicate via email, Zoom, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with their willingness to help with different things. They have a wide range of knowledge, so I can ask them questions about our website and different apps. They communicate well and are very accountable; they're always quick to get back to me. They've messed around with our pay structure to incentivize them more, which I appreciate.

Give them as much information as possible. Make sure your website is prepared for the influx of customers. Find ways to increase your ad spend over time because that helps — the more money you put in, the more money you get out.
