We hired Sociall.in for our Search engine marketing, as well as creating our website. Sociall has had a very professional way of going about things, and definitely know what they were talking about. They were very quick and swift, in helping us get our website running.

Moreover, they gave solutions from their ends, and suggested their own features. We were a little hesitant to use them for Search engine marketing. But once we started, we found it very useful. Their communication in what they can provide us is very clear, which helps us understand exactly what is happening in the back end. we are very happy with their service.

We were suggested by our parent company as they have been using them. After the first 2 calls with them, their professionalism had shown and we decided to chose them.

As a mall it's important to keep our audience engaged through the whole month through various online and offline campaigns. We choose sociall.in not just for digital marketing campaigns but for offline mediums as well given their expertise in creative development.

Customer engagement online and offline. Create brand awareness and showcase the different brands in the mall.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a 360 degree solution. Digital marketing, offline creatives in addition to photography and videography as well. Sociall being one of the oldest digital marketing agencies in the city we choose them.

Monthly digital plan handling all our social media pages. Offline creatives including all in mall communication, newspaper ads, hoardings etc. Photography and videography on a regular need to need basis for our Youtube channel and other mediums.

What was the team composition?

We have worked closely with a team of 3 designers and 2 videographers along with their SPOC. The directors and the top management works in hand with the team and are very accessible as well to ensure timely delivery.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our digital traffic had increased tremendously and our presence on various Platforms with tailor made content helped us reach a wide variety of audience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially we had some teething issues but working with them put a lot of order inside our team as well and they helped us stay on top our game.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The timely delivery and prompt response to all our requirements impressed us.

Ensure the new members of the team adapt and understand our design language and there's a smooth transition.

I’m the founder and CEO of Matyoc Labs, a halal product shop. It’s an e-commerce marketplace where we sell halal products globally.

I needed help with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pradeep (President, Sociall.in) has been really helpful. He gives exactly what is needed for a company. He even tells us that digital marketing isn’t just about getting likes and comments in each of our videos and pictures. At the end of the day, it has to drive revenue for your company. He got us that baseline by telling us what we have to do with Google Ads, SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram postings, as well as how they have to be done.

Specifically, they provide social media marketing and content creation with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They’ve also done paid ads and SEO. I have many clients from different industries and Pradeep tells each client how digital marketing has to be done for that specific client. For example, with a healthcare client, more people would like to listen to ads on YouTube. Pradeep defines what particular marketing methods are best for each industry.

They have a really good hierarchy, with project managers, assistant managers, content creators, and people who create pictures and videos.

They’re very friendly and honest about their services. They have a detailed discussion with us before any campaign we go ahead with.

We’ve been working together since April 2016.

I’m very happy with them; it’s more than just a professional relationship. They’re concerned about building organic followers because organic followers stay with us for a long time. Rather than looking for a large quantity of followers, they look for the quality of followers.

I can reach Pradeep at any time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They do a detailed study of each industry to identify the most successful digital marketing strategies. They also do a detailed analysis of each of our client companies. They also know the new trends and what’s happening in the field of digital marketing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d like them to reduce their costs, but I can’t think of anything else.
