The Soicial Rook helped double our grooss income wihtin the first year by providing insight and strategy for digatal ads while also managing and running the ads. They also helped guide us when designing a website to optimize sales and customer ease. They provide proofs for us to make changes or approve with all ads, email and SMS marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We grossed our highest number of sales during a Black Friday sale in 2022. They provide insight to ads that we would otherwise not have the skills to execute without extensive education. They are quick to respond even on weekends. They show that they truly care about your buisness through the sucessful strageties they present and excellent customer service.

They always deliver on time and have responded well to the very few concerns we have had over the years of working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The customer service makes you forget that you are their client and think that you are more part of their team in the best way possible. We all work together to stratagize and brainstorm. There is also a level of respect that we are their client though and you can tell they want the best for you and will adjust to ensure this happens if needed. They are all very knowledgeable. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Social Rook could have done differently?

One idea would be to continuing to expand the team to provide other services such as website design & development, PR services outside of digatal ads and someone who is knowledgable about the "influencer world" to connect us (this could be the same as PR).
