We hired Smartico to help us develop a solution to have our print ads digitalized. So we could have the same ads the client booked in print also on our online platforms.

How did you select this vendor?

The selection has been done by my predecessor. We have asked some companies on the possiblities of realizing our needs. Smartico had the solution that was most fitting for our needs.

After assessing our needs and request Smartico created some previews based on print ads we sent them. After the design has been approved by us we looked at the pricing and technical set up. After some first tests we were ready for the product to go live. After the go-live we still worked and are working on optimizing the product.

What was the team composition?

I've worked mostly with the support and managing director to work on the products and their realization. I have also taken over previous projects from my predecessor.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the help of Smartico and their solution we could succesfully bring our print ads to the online world. With this we can offer our clients more reach for their campaigns and also give them a taste for online advertising if they currently are not using it too much. This is especially good for smaller clients since everything will be done for them automatically.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is very effective and the team/managing director always found time for us and was very quick in replying and working on our requests. In the beginning we had calls to talk about the most important things and requests. After we mostly switched to sending emails and had calls for urgent matters or to explain things more easily.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I'm impressed with the speed of their work. Our requests usually get worked on very quickly.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For the moment everything is fine. I'm happy with the communication and if there should be anything I know I can reach out to the team and get my questions/requests answered.

The cooperation with Transmatico started with an extensive and informative kick-off in relevant areas of our company. The overriding objective is always to link advertising products in print with intelligent digital products. To achieve this, Transmatico uses modern and up-to-date web technologies, which are constantly being further developed.

We work confidentially with different experts from Transmatico. In addition to the management, we are in constant exchange with Transmatico's project manager and account managers on an operational level.

With Transmatico we have been able to increase our print reach and revenues by over 10% each year.

At the beginning we had regular meetings for the implementation. We now hear each other regularly, but at longer intervals. If you have any questions or problems, we always get an answer and a solution quickly.
