For what projects/services did your company hire Smart Traffic Agency, and what were your goals?

We hired Smart Traffic Agency for SEO and PPC in Google. We wanted to scale your website and advertising on Google. The main goal is to attract more clients to the clinic.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose the agency based on their detailed offer, personal communication and their previous experience with medical websites. As well as personal recommendations.

We started with a detailed audit of our website and advertising account in Google Ads. Dmitro provided us with 2 reports on Google advertising and SEO. After that, we continued to cooperate and the agency got to work. What did they do: Fixed technical errors on the site, set up redirects, fixed errors in language versions, in robots, and relinked. And also corrected the texts on the site, as we had excessive use of keywords. After that, we started creating new pages based on the proposed site structure and competitor analysis. In Google Ads Smart Traffic, the Agency fixed errors in the settings of advertising campaigns and launched new ones.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have significantly improved the number of leads from the site, both from advertising and organic search. After the start of SEO work, we were gradually able to reach the result of 100,000+ website visitors per month. We also received approximately 500-700 leads per month from Google Ads. We were very satisfied and stopped work only because of the outbreak of war.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We never had any problems with communication. We were constantly in touch with Dmytro, and also called up once a month. Every month we had a work plan and a report for the previous period. All tasks were completed on time and with no complaints. Some tasks were delayed in implementation due to long coordination with the leadership of the clinic. But it's a problem on our side

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They proved to be true professionals. They were constantly in touch and offered ideas for improving the site and advertising. We implemented a lot of their ideas that helped us get more customers. For example, we launched a successful advertising campaign in the CCM for plastic surgery or created pages of doctors on the site, which allowed us to collect more traffic. It was a pleasure to deal with Dmytro. He is a good manager who really cares about the result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe that Smart Traffic Agency is an expert in digital marketing and promotion. And I don't have any questions for them
