Paul Osincup — Digital Strategy, Branding, Web Design
In-demand funnyman/leadership and keynote speaker Paul Osincup needed a new website and a brand that both communicated his humor and appealed to his target market: high-level decision makers seeking a dynamic presenter for leadership workshops, staff training sessions, and speaking engagements. How can a brand strike the right balance between funny and compelling?
A Unique Logo Sets the Stage
To redesign Paul’s logo we combined a microphone with an image of his face—complete with his signature glasses—adding a fresh color palette for a bold effect that connects with the primary quality of his brand: humor. The new logo is unique and true to Paul’s fun, upbeat personality.
A High-Energy Website Brings the Funny
We collaborated with Paul to develop a site that conveys the energy and expertise he brings to each of his speaking engagements. We also worked closely with him to develop a voice for the copy that was purely his, while still being concise and compelling. And finally, we incorporated his Instagram feed to highlight his fresh social content.
Dynamic Page Design for a Great Mobile Experience
Because 36% of Paul’s website visitors access the site from a mobile device, we wanted to be sure their experience was top notch. An innovative page layout presents his services in an interesting way that encourages visitors to explore. The finished site offers a visually rich experience that highlights Paul’s greatest hits—including an embedded video of his TEDx Talk—and gives visitors a taste of his engaging style.
Powerful SEO and Smart UX Capture and Engage Visitors
The new site receives 41% of its traffic from organic search, and visitors spend an impressive five minutes (average) on the site. Paul reports a significant leap in lead conversions, as well as the outstanding quality of the new speaking engagements he’s booking. We’re delighted that we could create a website that both feels true to his brand and works hard to get the results that expand his business.

Award-Winning Wine Cube Tours Branding & Web Development
Raymond Rolander, owner and host of Wine Cube Tours, is an expert guide for everything there is to enjoy in Wine Country, but his old website didn’t help him stand out. Combined with the region’s slow business climate following 2017’s devastating fires, he needed to create buzz to drive bookings—while demonstrating the premium nature of his tour experience.
To begin, we developed a cohesive new brand—complete with updated logo—and a highly targeted social media campaign to get visitors excited about coming back to Wine Country.
An Elevated Website Experience
To showcase Raymond’s expertise, we created a modern website that leverages beautiful photography and compelling copy to highlight what makes his custom tours unique with the goal of driving bookings. Optimized to three pages from a seven-page site, the new site leads visitors through tour options and additional add-on services in a dramatically streamlined user experience.
Mobile-Friendly Layouts for Easy Viewing Everywhere
We designed inviting page layouts for an image-rich, immersive experience that tempts visitors to savor the region’s delicious wine and lush landscapes. Powerful SEO ensures the new site performs well in search results, and because the site is optimized for mobile viewing, the visitors’ experience is always excellent, no matter which device they’re on.
A Low-Cost Social Media Campaign Drives Bookings
We developed a powerful social media campaign to correct the idea that most of the wineries had burned down. Each of the three boosted video posts utilized beautiful photography showing lush vineyards and happy wine drinkers, along with messaging designed to tap into those vacation vibes. With careful targeting, we garnered 33k impressions in 6 weeks, driving a 62% increase in website traffic. Ultimately, the ads generated a 40% increase in bookings, selling Wine Cube Tours out for the season and booking them up through the end of the year. Ultimately, Raymond experienced his best year ever.

Estela Salon Branding & Web Development
As a new business, estela salon lacked a brand, a website, and a social presence—all important ways to stand out and grow a client base in a crowded space. We were inspired and excited to create a unique brand expression for this special Sonoma salon, starting with a custom photoshoot to illustrate a beautiful website that conveys the salon’s tranquil vibe and drives appointments.
An Inviting Website for a Premium Experience
Featuring a modern layout and beautiful photography overlaid with the salon’s signature warm pink tones, the site highlights estela’s services, provides stylists’ bios, and includes a products section with promotions area to feature Estela’s affiliation with BeautyCounter. We also incorporated an Instagram feed to keep the site feeling fresh. Finally, we created SEO for each section of the site to boost the salon’s search rank.
Powerful Social Media Engages Clients
To further grow estela’s audience, we developed branded Instagram presence and a business Facebook page where new and existing clients enjoy that special estela salon feeling. We also created a social media marketing strategy to help Estela better deploy hashtags across her accounts, and we provided guidance on messaging and how to create themed posts and promotions to drive new and repeat business.
Excellent Online Experience and Smart SEO Make an Impact
Estela salon is a great example of how strong branding can deliver real results. After the launch of the website, this small salon saw an immediate 5% increase in product sales and appointments! With 4.5k searches in three months, and an average clickthrough rate of ~ 5%, the site massive traffic (60%!) from organic search.
To extend their brand and create compelling client touchpoints, we created menu cards, client intake forms, gift cards, and elegant invitations for the Grand Opening launch party. Today, we’re thrilled to report that with our ongoing consulting and marketing guidance, estela salon continues to grow and thrive.

The Association of Applied and Therapeutic Humor
The Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH), an international nonprofit dedicated to using humor to enhance health and human performance, needed to redesign their website, and we were delighted to help. We worked closely with them to develop a solution that fit their budget and maximized their ROI.
We audited their existing site and dramatically streamlined and reorganized their content for a better user experience. Then we created a detailed messaging strategy to attract new members and promote events and classes. Finally, we developed the site and worked closely with AATH to guide them in writing the copy, which we edited and polished.
Funny Is as Funny Does
Featuring numerous videos, an integrated social feed, and compelling testimonials, the new website offers a dynamic user experience that fits the organization’s brand—a skillful balance of humor and professionalism. Mindful design and layouts that alternate white space with color ensure that the content feels accessible and engaging. We also crafted powerful SEO to improve the site’s search rankings, helping them to rank #1 for their most important keywords and search terms.
Harnessing the Power to Connect
With 40% of the organization’s website traffic coming from users on mobile devices, we developed a site that’s easy and fun to use on any platform. We wrote the content in bite-sized pieces to tell the full story of the organization, as well as to drive enrollment in their Certified Humor Professional program, new member applications, and attendance at their annual conference.
Humor Helps!
The new website generated increased traffic, and we’ve learned that many of the organization’s members have specifically commented on how much they love the new website and feel it’s a tremendous upgrade. We love helping businesses and nonprofits alike tell their unique stories and working with the funny folks at AATH was the icing on the cake.

Best Bite Nutrition Branding & Web Development
As a nutritionist, how do you ensure that your business stands out in the crowded health and wellness market? How can you build trust without sounding stodgy? How can your brand convey your unique style and passion for your clients’ health? These are the questions we tackled when we began our collaboration with Stacey. She requested a name that summed up her delicious approach to good health, followed by a logo and a website designed to appeal to new clients. Together, we unanimously chose the name Best Bite Nutrition, which emphasizes Stacey’s (healthy!) obsession with flavor.
An Elegant Logo to Launch the New Brand
After we created a memorable name for the business, we presented several logo designs that focused on wellness, ultimately selecting a flowering sage design that aligns perfectly with Stacey’s minimalist aesthetic, highlighted by a harmonious color palette that feels friendly and organic. Next, we created modern business cards complete with a custom-designed pattern in the main brand colors on the back, so Stacey could enjoy both options.
A Mouthwatering Website
We developed a sleek new site that features gorgeous food photography, as well as inviting lifestyle imagery to help connect with new clients in Best Bite’s target demographic. With a deep dive into her process, services, and extensive background, the site invites visitors to contact Stacey for a free consultation. We completed the site with tempting recipes and recent blog posts, so prospective clients can get a sense of Stacey’s irreverent sense of humor, as well as her approach to crafting a nutritious meal.
We’re delighted to have helped Stacey build her brand from the ground up with naming, messaging, a logo, and a website designed to launch her business. Her expertise and passion come through in the results, and she’s already hearing from lots of interested new clients, from individuals eager to improve their health, as well as schools requesting that she present to their classes.

Get UP Business Development Services Branding & Web Development
As the principal of her business consulting firm, Get UP Business Development Services, Lucia Hicks-Williams came to us with a few different requests. She wanted to update her logo, relaunch her brand, and overhaul her website. During our initial conversations, Lucia’s passion for the brand was evident, but she felt it was dated and less focused than it could be.
A Snazzy New Logo Sets the Tone
We started by redesigning the logo to convey the difference Get UP brings to the table—how their strategic guidance helps businesses generate more revenue—as expressed in the upward revenue curve graphic we designed. We also updated the color palette with tonal adjustments to lend a modern, warm feel. We translated all of these new elements into beautiful, two-sided business cards with space for notes on the back for increased functionality.
Who Says a B2B Website Can’t Be Beautiful?
Next, we talked with Lucia about how clients use her site and leveraged our learnings to completely redesign it from the ground up. We created an efficient user flow across three robust pages filled with compelling reasons to choose Get UP—from powerful metrics of client success to impressive testimonials. Then we treated dynamic curated imagery with a custom overlay to reflect the Get UP brand colors and a bespoke texture that ties into the revenue curve in the logo. The resulting website beautifully expresses Get Up’s unique offering.
The Power of On-Point Messaging and Strong SEO
The site copy features a direct, straightforward style designed to confidently convey the firm’s expertise while being free of jargon and easy to understand at a glance. To top it all off, we developed powerful SEO to help the new site rank well by the search engines. Today, the site holds the #1 position in organic search for her main service offering.

Nor Cal Animal Rescue
After starting up his animal rescue organization, Barry came to us for help in creating his brand. But with so many animal lovers in the Bay Area, how could Barry’s fledgling rescue stand out? As ardent animal lovers ourselves, we were happy to tackle the challenge, ultimately helping Barry bring his dream to life with a name, logo, website, digital strategy, and a full suite of branded swag.
Hope, Optimism, and an Easy Way to Make a Difference
For Barry’s new nonprofit, we developed a sleek brand that would convey a sense of hope and optimism, while still clearly expressing the need for donations and volunteers. We brought the brand to life in a three-page site, plus an additional template page designed to tell the stories of successful adoptions.
Sweet Imagery and a Streamlined Website Foster Connection
The site features intuitive navigation and beautiful photography designed to tug on the heartstrings of the animal lovers Nor Cal Animal Rescue seeks to reach. The copy takes a conversational tone to create a feeling of intimacy and connection with animal lovers. We also developed targeted SEO to help the new venture be easily found and well ranked in online searches.
Apparel Options Round Out a Beautiful Brand
We started in on Barry’s marketing materials by creating a colorful, modern logo and business card design. Barry liked them both so much that he requested a special version of the logo for his donors and supporters, the Friends of Nor Cal Animal Rescue. Next, we designed stickers, T-shirts, and trucker hats, so he’d have a full complement of promo materials and swag to use in recruiting and thanking donors and volunteers.

Adamas Pharmaceutical Employer Brand Campaign
Adamas Pharmaceuticals, a provider of time-dependent biologics, asked us to create a new employer brand to help attract the industry’s best talent, as well as those who would be a good fit for the company’s culture of ongoing learning. To get at the heart of what it means to work at Adamas, we interviewed both staff and senior leadership and then used our findings to create a bold, anthemic brand expression that harmonized with the corporate brand.
A Fun Employee Photo Shoot for an Authentic, Accessible Website
To create appropriate imagery for the new website and communication materials, we conducted an extensive photo shoot in the Adamas offices. The resulting imagery showcases the genuine feeling of connection that distinguishes their unique culture. The new website also features inviting messaging, deploys a powerful job search function, and tells the story of the company’s unflagging dedication to its mission of advancing patient well-being.
Branded Glassdoor and LinkedIn Accounts Encourage Transparency
Because a strong brand should manifest in every touchpoint, we extended the new employer brand to updated presences on LinkedIn and Glassdoor—two primary sources candidates use to research potential employers. We leveraged the powerful photoshoot imagery, as well as messaging around the company’s mission and core values, to create an honest and dynamic candidate experience.
Glassdoor and LinkedIn accounts performing well. Adamas is very pleased with their new employer brand, and we look forward to continuing to help them build out the remainder of their employee communications materials.

Docker Digital Advertising
Docker combines an enterprise-grade container platform with world-class services that enable developers and IT professionals to build, manage, and secure their applications. As the industry’s most significant player, they have robust marketing needs. We were tapped to build the digital ads to help them build awareness of the events and research that have secured their position as the leader in their space.
Boosting Booth Visits at VMworld
To drive interest in Docker’s showcase at VMworld, we created a series of digital ads in French, German, and English to run in the European market. By developing new creative each time and working under short deadlines and tight budgets, we developed ads that helped drive unprecedented engagement at this critically important event.
Reaching Developers and IT Pros Where They Live
Creating ads that resonated with our target audiences required an in-depth knowledge of their unique preferences. We developed ads that were light on copy but very direct in their messaging. Docker’s brand look and feel, combined with our extensive experience in building mobile ads, resulted in powerful work that effectively engaged our targets.
A Powerful Social Media Ad Campaign
As the leader in the containerization space, Docker continually conducts its own research and publishes whitepapers to educate prospective clients and partners. Docker requested a series of LinkedIn ads to promote this research and drive downloads of their latest whitepapers. To create these eye-catching ads, we leveraged the new Docker brand and developed bold, custom illustrations.
Engaging Creative and Efficient Execution Drives Success
We created both animated and static ads leveraging the overall brand but tailoring the type of creative to the subject of each ad. By taking learnings from the success of each execution and optimizing as we went, we saw excellent response rates for all our digital advertising.

Employee Value Proposition Design for HR Consulting Agency
“They’re brilliant creative minds who are also diligent, dedicated, and personable.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a strategic consultancy for HR and talent acquisition.
What challenge were you trying to address with smallnormous?
I had a customer who was interested in developing their employee value proposition. I was looking for copywriting and design assistance.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They used best practices to develop my customer's value proposition. The team interviewed leadership, employees, and provided insight from people who were not hired.
What is the team composition?
I work with Eric (Creative Director, Design) and Jen (Creative Director, Copy).
How did you come to work with smallnormous?
I’d worked with their founders in the past as a part of my agency experience and we’ve had a personal relationship lasting more than a decade. When Eric and Jen went and started their own firm, I always kept in touch with them.
I knew they’d bring a level of personal commitment and understanding to the project, as well as a next-level customer service and creative thinking to the customer. They’re brilliant creative minds who are also diligent, dedicated, and personable. My customers love them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2020, and we wrapped up in August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our main measure for success is how happy our customer is, and in this case, our customer is extremely happy. It was challenging because our client’s corporate brand had chosen a completely different vendor than the talent acquisition team.
Their CEO loved our creative direction, which made our customers look great. In terms of the actual conversion, it’s still too early to tell if this new branding will bring in more talent. That being said, in my professional opinion, it will impact quality positively.
How did smallnormous perform from a project management standpoint?
They were always ahead of schedule, which was amazing. The hang-ups we did have were always on the customer side since there were so many rounds of approval processes. Jen and Eric were very organized up to the point that they would remind me if I dropped the ball on a deadline. They made a huge impact on the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I found them to be really thoughtful. I really liked how they approached the customer personably. The team made people feel comfortable talking with them. They’re clearly knowledgeable and experts in their field but they never made anyone else feel small or less.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, none that I can think of. I would certainly hire them again.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you want the work to be great, you have to be honest. Don’t sugarcoat things and make sure you tell the team the truth even if it's ugly. They need to know the pitfalls.

Branding & Career Website Design for Government Contractor
"Give smallnormous a chance. They’re awesome."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of talent acquisition at Amentum, a government contractor.
What challenge were you trying to address with smallnormous?
We were purchased by a private equity firm, and as a result, we needed to stand up our employer brand and create a new career site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They were instrumental in resting our employer brand messaging. The team designed the candidate engagement as it relates to their interaction with our career site, which they also designed and developed. Creating our brand culture and feel, smallnormous was also responsible for meeting with our internal stakeholders and getting a sense of what our company and culture is all about. They did all of the creative content.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people from smallnormous.
How did you come to work with smallnormous?
I was introduced to them through a consultant I’d been working with. We chose smallnormous because of their innovative, cutting-edge, creative vision, as opposed to the typical conservative approach to career site development.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was between $10,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we’ve launched the site, our conversion rate is blowing out industry standards. I attribute that to the way in which our content and experience is created, which smallnormous had a great influence on. They focused on the small details, which have a huge impact on the experience on the site. The team made it simple for the individual to apply and added meaningful content throughout. It was exactly what we were looking for.
How did smallnormous perform from a project management standpoint?
They were exceptional. The team was always available and extremely responsive. They were consultative, patient, and knowledgeable — smallnormous really took the time to provide me the important data and information I needed in order to make educated and meaningful decisions. From my perspective, it worked very well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The smallnormous team has the experience of working at a big marketing company, which they’re able to bring down to a small organization. The expertise they bring really drives the solution. They’ve given us the benefit of having past experience as well as more intimate service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not from my vantage point. They did remarkably well under the circumstances. The team adjusted their schedules to our timeframes. If there was a deliverable date that was challenging, smallnormous always met it; if they didn’t, they communicated very well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give smallnormous a chance. They’re awesome.

Please describe your company and your position there.
As the owner of a boutique corporate training and leadership development company, choosing the right partners to work with are often make it or break it decisions. My success is heavily dependent on the quality of work my vendors can provide because that translates into what I can provide to my clients.
For what projects/services did your company hire smallnormous?
Complete website design and development
What were your goals for this project?
My goals were to have a professional website built that could appropriately and accurately illustrate my brand and services.
How did you select this vendor?
Based on seeing their other work, I quickly moved them to the top of my list. The more I interacted with them, the more I became certain they were the right ones.
They were a strong fit for my kind of business but their energy and attitude towards the work had a balanced level of professionalism with creativity.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They interviewed me and asked a lot of questions during the discovery process. This level of detail helped me to better understand my own business and what I offer my clients. They turned all those answers into a beautifully designed website that I am very proud of.
They designed my website from scratch, provided updates and insights every step of the way, and ultimately delivered exactly what I had hoped for while exceeding my expectations.
What was the team composition?
They have 2 wonderful founders that are involved in everything they do.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The website has just become 'live', so I do not have any impact yet, but I am confident in sharing my new website and having it be the face of my business on the internet.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They provided a full project layout before any work was completed. It was helpful that they continued providing updates daily until the project was done. It was finished ahead of schedule.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They really understand the importance of balance professionalism and creativity. Sometimes designers are too creative and can't execute, or vice versa. The final deliverable exceeded my expectations and they remained impressive on the project management side of things.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing that I can think of.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I manage operations at CMAV, an audiovisual production and equipment rental company. We provide full-service event production and audiovisual-equipment rentals for corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and special events.
For what projects/services did your company hire smallnormous?
We purchased print and digital ad space in our local business journal to promote a winter sale. Wanting to make the most of our investment, we hired smallnormous to help dial in our strategy and come up with a brilliant execution.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to increase visibility and business during our slow season. We wanted to have an on-brand, cohesive look and feel to our ads across multiple channels.
How did you select this vendor?
I had vetted over 100 local marketing firms via Yelp and Google, looking for a particular level of quality. I was surprised to read how focused they were on helping small businesses. I was sure that they'd be out of my price range. After a very generous free strategy session and fully understanding our needs, they gave a proposal for performing each need piecemeal -- the kind of bites my budget needs.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We prioritized a new print ad, two digital ads, and on their wise suggestion, a landing page so that ad space could be conserved and greater detail could be provided on the landing page.
What was the team composition?
I worked with both Eric and Jennifer together. Jennifer is the copywriter and Eric graphic design. Both are top-notch strategists and complemented each other well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The work product produced was much better quality than what we had before, which was the first success. Time will tell, but I think this campaign will be more effective than our marketing in the past, as they were able to dig to the emotional driver behind the promotion and develop copy and imagery to support it. They selected just the right photography and while the ad has a distinctive feel, it's certainly in line without already developed brand. That takes serious skill!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Fantastic. They took my briefing and presented a proposed strategy. Once aligned, they created a draft, took edits, refined and finalized. They are quick to respond and let me know when they anticipated delays (never more than half a day).
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Everything. I loved first their own marketing on their site -- fun, smart, and different. They are exactly who they present to be, high-level marketers affordable for the small business. There are lots of graphic designers out there touting branding experience. Developing a logo for a friend is not the same as being seriously educated in branding and marketing. These folks are the real deal. I will use them for as long as they'll have us!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nope! Keep on keepin' on!

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the owner and nutritionist at Best Bite Nutrition, a nutrition consulting business.
For what projects/services did your company hire smallnormous?
I hired smallnormous to help us with naming, branding, logo development, and website design and development for my new business.
What were your goals for this project?
I basically needed to set up my business completely.
How did you select this vendor?
I had known Jennifer (Co-Founder, smallnormous) as a personal acquaintance for many years prior to smallnormous and had recently reconnected with her and her partner Eric (Co-Founder, smallnormous). I'd already begun researching vendors before reconnecting and had almost decided to work with someone else when I was introduced to smallnormous and their work.
After seeing examples of their work, I felt that it was of much higher quality compared to what I'd seen from other vendors. Theirs was so beautiful and sleek. Overall, I felt that they would be a better fit for me.
Describe the project in detail.
We had an initial meeting so that Jennifer and Eric could get a good feel of my personality, my preferences, my dislikes, and more. Once that was complete, they gave me a timeline of expectations.
First, I was presented with several amazing suggestions for business names. I had a difficult time choosing because I loved so many of them. Next, I was presented with various logos to choose from, and once again I had a difficult time choosing. We moved onto color variations from there. Once that was all complete, website design was started and completed. I provided assets as requested and Jennifer and Eric worked their magic on my website. I am so happy with the end result.
What was the team composition?
I worked with both Jennifer and Eric—sometimes together and sometimes one at a time depending on whether we were working on copy or design or both.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The website is still brand new, but I can say is that I’ve received so many compliments on the design and UI that I've recommended smallnormous more times than I can count. Specifically, people love the clarity of my site as well as its ease of use.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Jennifer and Eric are extremely easy to work with because they take their business very personally. They’re responsive, extremely organized, and they strive for excellence. smallnormous wants its clients to be 1,000% happy.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
My mind was blown with the choices I was offered for business names, logos, and colors. Their overall creativity is outstanding and I felt that they really understood me each step of the way. The options I was given and how the project progressed showed me that Jennifer and Eric were really listening. In my experience, that’s a rare and valuable quality.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There are no areas of improvement at all. Jennifer and Eric ensured I was satisfied during the entire project.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the president of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor. We're an international nonprofit dedicated to the study and application of humor to enhance health and human performance. We help people, organizations, and communities increase their wellbeing and results through humor.
For what projects/services did your company hire Smallnormous Advertising & Marketing?
We hired them to create a new website for us. We had an old website that had too much text and way too many pages.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to pare down the website content to what people really needed to know and make the new website more current and aesthetically pleasing.
How did you select this vendor?
I was referred to Smallnormous Advertising & Marketing by someone else.
Describe the project in detail.
They consulted with me about what I wanted, learned what we were about, and took time to get to really know us. After that, Smallnormous Advertising & Marketing sent me an outline template of what the new website would look like as well as a step-by-step framework for the copy we would need to write. I wrote the copy exactly how I wanted it, and then they reviewed and edited to make it better.
What was the team composition?
Both their owners worked on the website. One actually created the website and the other worked on copy edits.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are getting many more visitor through our website now than we previously were. I've also been contacted by at least 20 members of the organization specifically to tell me how great the new website is and how it’s such a tremendous upgrade.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was excellent. Smallnormous Advertising & Marketing went out of their way to work with us. In fact, we had an IT person on our end that was a little difficult to work with, and they did a great job navigating that.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I appreciated the fact that they tailored the project to our needs and budget. I know they have bigger clients but they spent a lot of time with me to make sure we felt great about our new website.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I really can't think of anything for them to improve. They were excellent.
