In-demand funnyman/leadership and keynote speaker Paul Osincup needed a new website and a brand that both communicated his humor while appealing to his target market: high-level decision-makers seeking a dynamic presenter for leadership workshops, staff training sessions, and speaking engagements. How can a brand strike the right balance between funny and powerful?

Paul’s logo, combining a microphone with an image of his face—complete with his signature glasses—using a fresh, new color palette for a bold, eye-catching effect that connects with the primary quality of his brand: humor. The redesigned logo delivers a unique, ownable look that feels true to Paul’s fun, upbeat personality.
Next, we collaborated with Paul to develop a site that conveys the energy and expertise he brings to each of his speaking engagements. We also worked closely with him to develop a voice for the copy that was purely Paul, while still being concise and compelling. Stamped with Paul’s inimitable humor, an Instagram feed keeps the site fresh.
Because 36% of Paul’s website visitors access the site from a mobile device, we wanted to be sure that the mobile experience was top notch. We also created an innovative page layout to present his services in an interesting way that gets visitors excited to explore further. The finished site offers a visually rich experience that highlights Paul’s greatest hits—including an embedded video of his TEDx Talk—and provides visitors with a taste of his engaging style and fun approach.
Paul tells us that he has received lots of compliments on the new site (no joke!). Even better: he’s seeing a significant leap in lead conversions as well as the outstanding quality of the new speaking engagements he’s booking.
