I run a renovation company.

We approached SleekDigital to help us develop a solution so that clients could track the status of their renovations.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They set up an ERP with several custom features and add ons including a CRM and project management system. It’s available on the web and as an iOS and Android app for clients. They used PHP. They did everything from wireframes to UI design and development.
What is the team composition?
Lester (Founder) was our main point of contact. We also worked with a designer.
How did you come to work with SleekDigital?
We found them on Google.
How much have you invested in them?
We invested about $38,000 SGD (approximately $27,355 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started talking to them last year, but we didn’t begin our work until January 2020. We’ve completed the first phase of the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They took the time to learn about my company and make suggestions based on that. They also provide frequent updates per my request.
How did SleekDigital perform from a project management standpoint?
They send me regular reports every two to three weeks. I think they perform well in comparison to what I’ve heard about other development companies.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their price was the most reasonable out of all the companies I looked at. They also made an effort to learn about my business before making their proposal.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They told me it would take three months to develop the product, but it ended up taking two extra weeks. However, everything else was okay.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Provide feedback quickly to them so they can keep making progress on the development.
