As a long-time marketing consultant working closely with SkyDiamond for close to a decade, I can confidently say that their dedication to brand elevation, retention, and unparalleled service is second to none. Highly responsive especially during critical times with clients which called for immediate response times, SkyDiamond was typically the first vendor to respond. They adjusted to our fluctuating needs and helped us grow at a scalable pace. A valued and trusted resource.

Expertise within each pillar of digital marketing, supported by team leads with extensive industry experience in fashion, beauty, and luxury. Client meetings (physical and virtual) are organized and highly efficient with well crafted agendas. They work quickly and efficiently without the need to do endless discovery and tire kicking. Deliverables are on-time and on-budget. No nickle-diming.

Very little. I wish we could have more of their time. Their teams are highly sought after.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most significant and telling outcome is the increase in our web sales (net), which was trending -14% to LY from January to May. We onboarded with Sky Diamond in early June and our sales from June through November came in at +47% to 2023.

The Sky Diamond team has wonderful project management skills. Items are always delivered on time. In addition, each team member goes above and beyond to help us. What has been the biggest difference with other companies offering similar services is that the Sky Diamond team not only helps strategize but also implements. This is tremendously helpful since we are a small team with limited resources and skills.

Increase in ROAS across all platforms and maintaining ROAS in comparison to spend.

They have always delivered on time and are quick to respond whenever we have a question. Our main POC is friendly and we text weekly when questions arise.

They charge you based on level of effort as opposed to ad spend. This ensures they are providing maximum effort as opposed to spending more for the sake of commissions. Their pricing is more than fair.

Not really. When we do recognize issues, they are quick to make adjustments and fix the problem. It's the main reason we have stayed with them for so long. Good marketing agencies are hard to find and they are one of the best.
