I am the founder of Hashtag gadgets and founded hashtaggadgetz but the domain expired. Got a new domain with the Name hashtaggatgets and started working on it. Hashtag Gadgetz was started in 2016. I currently handle the blog single handedly without any partners.

Since, I am currently working, I didn't have much time to do anything for my blog. It was a hectic task to go through all the set up again and resolve each problem on it with regards to the development. I approached skimbox after doing some research on the digital marketing companies.

What were your goals for this project?

The Goals were basically to make the appearance of the blog better from scratch. I just handed over the blog to them to design in the minimal and lightest way possible so that the blog loads fast and gets ranked easily.

Out of 10 Digital marketing companies i came across, 3 had fake reviews, while most of them had a pretty close budget to what i decided. Since, i couldn't pick easily, i decided to narrow down the search by asking for previous work samples and had a few words with their clients over the EMail because the blog of mine would have the same design for a long period of time.

After doing this, Only 2 companies stood in this and i chose Skimbox in terms of delivery time. Skimbox had a good track record of delivering on time. It was a tough task to finalise all this and it took me over a week to arrive at the final decision.

The Main motive of the project was to get the blog designed from scratch as the previous domain expired and i couldn't afford to buy it again. The New blog had to be a completely attractive one which had a responsive design and complied with the terms of adsense.

I contributed to the team with my Logo and just a basic overview about how i wanted the blog with the basic functionality as rest of the articles would be added by me over the time after it gets functional. Skimbox was responsible for designing the website and setting the theme with dark mode included.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of a Website designer and a content writer. The Website designer had to look after the designing and setting up the themes and everything, While the Content writer looked after our Basic pages that were required to be created like about us, Contact us and a 4 articles with good SEO that made us get atleast some amount of traffic after it gets indexed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The blog designing started around 13th January and was completed on 27th January. The Blog was as per our expectations and Aman also extended a helping hand by Providing an additional 1 month support in case we needed any changes with the design. After the indexing of the Articles, The traffic per day rose to 10-20 per day and it was a sign of improvement for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The graphic designer kept us in loop for everything like what he is proceeding and by the end of the day we had a report about what was done the following day in terms of changes or designs. The designs were as per us and they fulfilled our expectations

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company maintains communication and informs about their every move along with some suggestions. They are all ears to your needs and help in providing valuable suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, The Digital marketing company has been doing fine and has fulfilled what we wanted from them.

The main scope of the project was as discussed to provide a better brand recognition and raise the metrics. The Team at Skimbox helped me prepare a basic strategy and the techniques they would be implementing for the same. They have made certain structural changes to my website and have improved the load speeds and removed the clutter.

The people involved were 2. One was a SEO expert and the other one handled web designing.

There has been an increase in ranking and we are ranking for the main keywords we wished for. The search results were mostly on Page 5 but now they've moved to 1 Page of Google

I had to tell them only once about what was needed and they did quite understand it. Updates were given to me on a Bi-weekly basis. They used Phone calls, Whatsapp for communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company had zero errors and didn't need to be told again and again what the main focus was. Everything was cleared beforehand and was explained in one go. They got my point quite well. I've worked with 2 Digital marketing companies previously and they weren't upto the mark and didn't deliver upto the expectations.

No, Absolutely amazing at their services and they don't need to improve anything.

The appearance of my Blog has become alot more attractive and it has become easier to navigate and the user count has also increased. The Loading speeds have also been reduced for quick load time.

The management of the project was quite impressive and it didn't take much of time to redesign it as I already had a basic idea how I wanted my Blog to look like.

The company and the person in-charge of Redesigning the Whole Website were understanding and I could rely on them without being tensed for a moment.

Skimbox was hired by us to prepare a Simple functioning website for our business firm. The task was however easy but none of our team members knew how to build and host a website. We needed some professionals for this job so we don't have to invest our man hours into this.

The goals were to build an online presence and we were already strong on offline grounds as we had been into this business for quite sometime. We wanted to grow more into client base and scale up our operations.

Skimbox through a long process of filtering out them from the 8 to 9 companies based on their reviews, Previous work samples and how satisfied were the previous clients. Since, the Digital marketing company was based in Bangalore, we had easy communication process. Since, the work hours of there team were flexible, we could also ring them up anytime in case of doubt. The thing which we were worried about was Budget. Skimbox was somewhere in the middle and had favourable reviews.

The Team of Skimbox after a proper quote of prices were collected was contacted. We made sure that every work was upto the mark and we sent one of our team members to check upon them and explain the project and its objectives in detail in a face to face meeting.

This ensured that our doubts got solved and ideas were communicated properly to them. The team was really positive and hardworking throughout the project. We did try bringing down the price a bit. They handle our SEO and Website operations now since the beginning of the project and we're glad to say that the results are very good.

The Team consisted of a head SEO strategist, A website/UI designer and Social media manager. The team size has remained same throughout and didn't require any extra hand. These 3 people were the ones behind a successful project of bringing our website live on the web presence.

The Online presence had certainly boosted our client base by 2 Fold as our business ranks among the top 10 consultants and we were actually very happy to see the improved call rates for enquiries and more big names contacting us to avail the services. The interview turn in rates have increased with online presence which has given us a boost.

The team was excellent in communication with us and there was timely sharing of reports so that we could be aware that our business was in safe hands and we would definitely increase the reputation of business through online presence. The tools used to manage were skype for communication and live preview of the work being executed and emails for sharing the work reports

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part was the Co-founder Aman keeping in touch with us throughout the project and after that if everything was being done accordingly and if there were any more efforts needed from their side.

A big no, The Skimbox team is doing an amazing job and I believe that they will continue to impart such hardwork in the coming times for their future projects,
