After that, we proceeded with backend development according to our plan, while the Site24 team moved on to the first stage of SEO work, which included analyzing the business niche, competitor analysis, and gathering primary semantic core. We discussed all of this with them and the client team during working calls.

In the second stage, the company prepared technical SEO requirements for the site, which we took into account during the entire site development process. 1. When updating the website, we didn't lose a significant amount of traffic, only up to 10%. 
2. After a month of implementing the changes, we have observed a monthly increase in organic traffic ranging from 5% to 15%. 
3. If we compare ourselves to our competitors, we have stronger performance indicators, and it won't be easy for them to catch up with us even with additional investments. 
4. Analytics and advertising accounts have been optimized and fine-tuned, which allows us to spend money wisely and have clear visibility into the results.

Our communication took place in a Telegram group, so we received answers to our questions almost immediately. Initially, we had a meeting where we discussed the issues, and they asked questions and documented everything. After that, they took a break of 2 or 3 days and came back with a proposed strategy on how they plan to approach solving our tasks. We accepted the plan and started working.
