BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Godreynns Store LLC. We’re an e-commerce store that sells clothes for men, women, and babies, as well as shoes, handbags, home goods, flowers, bath and body products. We only have an online store.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Site Mammoth?

I needed a website, but I had no idea how to build one. I also didn’t have a logo, business page, or anything else.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

It’s always been my dream to have an e-commerce store, but I didn’t really know the steps to take for this process. Thus, I got in touch with Site Mammoth, and they gave me all the advice I needed and everything that I was looking for. 

They’ve built the website on WordPress. Moreover, they handle our social media and provide everything, from videos to blogs and content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They’ve also created our branding, including the logo and all the graphic design.

What is the team composition?

I only work with one person, but whenever I need to understand something, they put me in touch with another person who can answer my questions. 

How did you come to work with Site Mammoth?

I found them on Google. I had posted a request for logo design, and they were the ones who called me. I was initially afraid to work with them, but I felt really comfortable after one or two days. Now, I feel so blessed to know and work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and we’re still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve really helped me achieve exactly what I’m looking for. Working with them gives me more energy; they help me feel comfortable and happy. They also offer a lot of good feedback and motivation to achieve my dream and not give up on it.

How did Site Mammoth perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really good when it comes to communication — we connect across different platforms, and I can just send a text or call them whenever I need help. We communicate through WhatsApp, email, or phone calls. Overall, I really feel like I’m working with family because they’re always willing to understand and communicate with you and do more than what they’re supposed to do.

In terms of deliverables, they consistently meet deadlines and finish every task on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with their communication and appreciation for their clients; they have good manners and show respect when you talk to them. They’re also very professional, which is something I really love about them. Ultimately, they’re very collaborative and make you feel very comfortable when working with them

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t really see any areas of improvement because they’re already doing more than what they’re supposed to be doing for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Site Mammoth is a good vendor to work with because they have really good people who are very skilled. They also make you feel comfortable and can help you make your dreams come true.
