We hired them for a brand new professional looking website to match our rebranding. Goal number 1 was to have a website that our team would be proud to share and show off to others. Goal number 2 was to have this website drive more leads and more revenue.

I wanted this vendor because the prices were reasonable, people were easy to talk to.

We had an amazing meeting to discuss the website proposed that included key features like a text bubble for visitors to the website to interact with us directly, and how many pages we wanted in the website. Including things like the teams page, services we offer, and the blogs to be posted. We were quoted a fantastic price that no other web developer could possibly ever match. Under $1000 and a yearly maintenance cost each year. Just wow!! Then we meet ever so often to make a few changes here and there to perfect the websites design. Best experience I could've ever asked for.

None. I only work with Rich.

Right away I noticed I had a more respectable look from others. Going from the old website that didn't even match my logo colors to a website that looks 100x more professional.

Edits are done within a day of being requested and whenever something needs to be changed. We just sit down and go over the details. I enjoy our management style a ton and appreciate the constant communication

Giving me full access to the domain (which may have been hostingers side of things glitching on us)

I chose Site Mammoth because the owner, Richard was very calm and professional. Other developers seemed pushy, and I didn't feel they were listening to me. I went with Site Mammoth based on my gut feeling.

I needed a logo and a new website. First, they created a logo and modified it until I was happy. Then they started working on the "look and feel" of my new site, based on learning about my business, and studying others in my industry.

I only worked with the owner, and he communicated with his team. It was great to have one contact person for everything

We're still in progress so I can't answer that

I speak to the owner every evening after I get home from working with clients. We touch base over the phone or through emails. They always get back to me in a timely manner, which I really appreciate.

Going the extra mile, making me feel like I'm their most important client, ease of communication and a great investment. The owner, Richard Whitmer really shows that he cares about his clients.

I’m the owner of Godreynns Store LLC. We’re an e-commerce store that sells clothes for men, women, and babies, as well as shoes, handbags, home goods, flowers, bath and body products. We only have an online store.

What challenge were you trying to address with Site Mammoth?

I needed a website, but I had no idea how to build one. I also didn’t have a logo, business page, or anything else.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It’s always been my dream to have an e-commerce store, but I didn’t really know the steps to take for this process. Thus, I got in touch with Site Mammoth, and they gave me all the advice I needed and everything that I was looking for. 

They’ve built the website on WordPress. Moreover, they handle our social media and provide everything, from videos to blogs and content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They’ve also created our branding, including the logo and all the graphic design.

I only work with one person, but whenever I need to understand something, they put me in touch with another person who can answer my questions.

They’ve really helped me achieve exactly what I’m looking for. Working with them gives me more energy; they help me feel comfortable and happy. They also offer a lot of good feedback and motivation to achieve my dream and not give up on it.

They’re really good when it comes to communication — we connect across different platforms, and I can just send a text or call them whenever I need help. We communicate through WhatsApp, email, or phone calls. Overall, I really feel like I’m working with family because they’re always willing to understand and communicate with you and do more than what they’re supposed to do.

In terms of deliverables, they consistently meet deadlines and finish every task on time.

I’m impressed with their communication and appreciation for their clients; they have good manners and show respect when you talk to them. They’re also very professional, which is something I really love about them. Ultimately, they’re very collaborative and make you feel very comfortable when working with them

I don’t really see any areas of improvement because they’re already doing more than what they’re supposed to be doing for me.

We had two discussions, reviewed my previous experience with another web design firm, what I needed, and set date for follow-up and completion.

Site Mammoth researched websites, and send me samples, to get an idea of what I wanted for flow and visuals. We agreed on a type and look. They did one mock-up and sent it to me. I gave them a review. They reworked the design and sent a new version for review. I made final change suggestions and the site was created. Then they sent me a video of how I could add and or change the messaging.

The outcome was a website design that matched my expectations! I was very pleased with Ted's follow-up and attention to detail.

We wanted to get our website visually revamped and therefore we were in conversation with a few agencies but we ended up hiring sitemammoth for the project.

We initially found them on bark.com they had reached out to us for the project. One of the main deciding factor was their turnaround time and moneyback guarantee.

We had our first meeting with the founder Richard and he asked several questions about the project and our ambitions including the max time we want the site to be up and running after getting fully revamped. A couple of days later we scheduled another meeting with him, he had a customized plan of action, project timeline and turnaround time ready for us. I took us almost 3 days to lock the business with them because there were other agencies too.

I'm not sure how many people worked on it because Richard was our main man who kept us updated with everything we never got to talk with anyone else.

The project has just been completed therefore I'm uncertain about it's technical success in the Serps. However, it's UI-UX is pretty good and functioning properly.

Skype's my way to go when it's about communication at work and Richard was kind enough to understand that and I can say that project handling and communication all seamless

I think they're easy to work with, especially Richard, who understood our design requirements in the first place. They eliminated the revisions related back forth, (we were actually expecting it) but thankfully all went well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were concerned about the pricing in the first place because their price quotation was slightly higher than other agencies who contacted us through the 3rd party platform. But I think the outcome of what we spent with them is worth it.
