Please describe your company and your position there.

Currently Vice President of a small privately owned Oilfield Service Company. We provide Open Hole Logging and consulting to Oil and Gas Operators in both Canada and the United States

Sine Cera has been hired as a Director and Business consultant. primarily focused on seeking out and generating greater value for our products and services. As well they have been brought in to evaluate and generate future growth and acquisition potential for the company.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to have an active coach that could work with and guide myself and other senior level people to finding the greatest value.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

SineCera had previously worked with our company as a staff member and was found to be an invaluable resource as an alternative perspective. Upon his departure the decision was made to retain his services on a consulting level because of the ongoing value added.

Describe the project in detail.

Due to the prior intimate knowledge of our company SineCera was able to dive right in and begin targeted projects that would yield the greatest value to our bottom line. Individual projects ranged from Market Analysis, Marketing campaigns and product development.

What was the team composition?

James Burrows worked directly with us as the sole contact for all work. His personal involvement and enthusiasm is why we continue to utilize his services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

James has brought the company closer to an acquisition as well as helping us to refine our product offering for the greatest return on investment. His guidance and alternative point of view have been invaluable.

Excellent workflow and communication

What did you find most impressive about this company?

All in all the time. Nothing is passed off or minimized, SineCera delivers on what is promised and then some.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The All in All the time attitude creates a great amount of passion for the project. Emotions run high, which may be uncomfortable to some, however I feel it is imperative to results.
