Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Media planning including:

Develop strategic media recommendations and POVs and regular check-ins as required.
Build plan and recommendations in cooperation with client.
Negotiate and secure inventory with vendors on client's behalf as outlined in the approved media plan.
Draft Paid Search keywords, ads, sitelinks, callouts, and other related assets, and submit via Veeva PromoMats to the specifications of client's LMR team and submission process guidelines.
Upon approval, provide creative specifications, requirements, and general recommendations to client and/or partner agencies.

Overall support, including:

Prepare for and attend all calls with client and agency or consultant partners.
Issue Insertion Orders to media vendors and technology providers for full campaign flight.
Provide quality assurance of all creative files and report any issues back to client.
Provide trafficking Services and issue ad serving tags to publishers at least five (5) days prior to campaign launch.
Build, Manage, and Optimize Programmatic campaigns, Paid Search campaigns, YouTube Pre-roll campaigns.
Manage and Optimize Direct Partner campaigns, Journal campaigns

SLD provides the customized service level of a boutique agency, but can play with all the big agencies, but for a better value. They hire top talent and senior people are visible in every facet of the work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Silverlight Digital could have done differently?

SLD is a wonderful partner and continue to pivot with changing client needs. In my opinion there is no need to do anything differently, as they are constantly optimizing.
