We hired them for branding, store design, and development. We were expecting a Figma file for design, a quality code once the Figma file was approved and proper branding so we can present our vision to our customers.

We hired SILVER CLOUDING to create a new website for my business, and I was extremely disappointed with their work. The design they came up with was uninspired and generic, and they didn't seem to understand my brand or my target audience. When I tried to give them feedback and suggestions, they were unresponsive and dismissive. To make matters worse, the project took much longer than originally agreed upon, and they missed multiple deadlines without any explanation or apology.

When I finally received the completed website, it was full of errors and bugs, and it took even more time and money to fix everything. Overall, I would not recommend SILVER CLOUDING to anyone looking for quality design work. Their lack of creativity and professionalism left me with a subpar website and a bad taste in my mouth.

The work culture was nice, we did try to contact with the team they were trying to resole issues but their lack of experience and harsh tone made things worse overtime.

• Understanding the client's needs: The design agency should take the time to understand the client's brand, target audience, and goals for the project. This can be achieved through in-depth discussions, research, and collaboration. Rather than showing middle fingers.
• Quality of work: The design agency should prioritize delivering high-quality work that meets the client's needs and expectations. This includes attention to detail, testing for bugs and errors, and ensuring the final product is visually appealing and functional.
• Timeliness: The design agency should prioritize meeting agreed-upon deadlines and communicating any potential delays or issues that may arise.
