Signature Properties

In 2011, Signature Properties opened in downtown Kingsport.  The company started small with only eight agents and the desire to give back to the community.  The mission of Signature Properties is to give back to our area, both with physical and fiscal contributions.  This is why a portion of every commission earned is given to the charity of our client’s choice, with no extra cost to the client.

As of January 2017, we have donated over $207,000 to local and national charities.  Our office has grown to a second location in Johnson City, TN and over 40 agents.  We have also expanded the list of services we provide to include Auctions and Property Management.  With these additional services, Signature Properties is one of a few full service real estate companies in the region.

Signature Properties had donated to over 140 local and national charities, some of which are listed below.  In addition to monetary donations we have donated time and labor to Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Salvation Army.
