What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We moved from a 63% converstion rate of leads to appointments to 85% in four months. 
• We can see that we are ranking higher and getting more interactions then our competitors. 
• Right now we are well over our goal for book appointments, goal is 35 we have been booking in the 50-60 range.

It can be hard as a business owner to be patient on a transition of this mangnitude. Not everything delivered on time but there was consistent and open communication throughout the process, and there continues to be. The results have been worth the wait. I know I can be both 100% myself with them and completely honest with my feedback. I very much appriciate the team I am working with and their work is paying off.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of communication and dedication to our account. In the past I would usually only interact with one or two people from a marketing agency. Often that was only once every month or two. Signature Media I can count on to interact with every two weeks minimum, and my emails and concerns get addressed much faster. They also bring a robust agenda to every meeting, from that both sides have clear and wrtitten tasks to keep everything moving forward. I love it. 
If you want an marketing team that will attack issues with you and look at the whole picture of what you need, Signature Media will deliver. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Signature Media could have done differently?

• I would have liked a bit more clarity on the timing of steps. There are some things we started paying for seemingly before Signature Media was ready to start on them. 
• I know more clarity is coming on where credits will be spent but I had expectations that it would more clear earlier in the parnership. 
• All in all I would recommend them to anyone and I am extremely happy with our decision to work with them. They also seem to always be looking forward, I am sure we will use more of their services as they develop them.

Signature Media helps us track our ROAS and implement tools like CallRail and Mailchimp. They also produce monthly newsletters and great content for our strategically designed website. Signature Media picks the topics and writes the newsletters. Additionally, they built a ROAS dashboard to track the numbers.

Signature Media has done a complete website rebuild, PPC campaign overhaul, and content management. The website rebuild included new copy and SEO. For the PPC campaigns, they analyzed our existing campaigns, identified target keywords and pricing, built new ad groups to better capture leads, and monitored and adjusted the campaigns for optimal performance.
