The vendor team provided good solutions for our project and during the first half year, it was possible to identify the best electronic components and develop a balance board prototype as well as to develop a mobile app and web that supports the app. The vendor team during the working process shared their vision of how to gamify the product, and their experience in other projects in order to develop a good product.

The project management was great. During the initial project development phase, team meetings were five times per week, which allowed to discuss all necessary development steps and progress made. Communication was easy and for meetings we used Google Meet. Also, we used Whatsapp for quick questions and sharing ideas. As it was the first time for us in such project development we welcomed the ideas and suggestions of the vendor team for app development in order to ensure the best user experience.

We were working in sprints. Regular virtual meetings where they were always on time and we could rely on it. Some small communication also in emails. Agile approach. They responded fast and positively, always listening to our needs and searching for the appropriate solution.
There were small delays, which is understandable, but it was a rare occasion. Usually, the job was done on time. The only suggestion for improvement from our side would be to spend more time in the beginning together to explain our holistic vision. As this was done just partly sometimes it brought some complications.

As mentioned previously, the suggestion for improvement from our side would be to spend more time in the beginning together to explain our holistic vision. We all were in a hurry and as this was done just partly sometimes it brought some complications. We prepared the holistic document, but as we didn't spend time together to discuss it fully, the process was not as effective as it could be.
Another suggestion could be concerning the designer - it would have been beneficial if we got at the beginning of the process the design offered in more options and colors we can choose from and as well if we received the design template/s to our email not only presented during the virtual meeting. But those are things that can be easily changed and as written previously, generally the cooperation was great and we are happy about it and definitely would like to cooperate in future again!
