Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Fidelity Agri Private Limited, a company that provides solutions for the milk industry, such as ghee and butter, and supplies them to B2B companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with ShubhiTech Private Limited?

We needed help with designing and developing customized software to track the route of the milk and the procedure where that milk is utilized to make butter, ghee, or any milk product.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ShubhiTech Private Limited has designed and developed customized software for us from scratch. They have helped us create a dairy management system and supply chain. They have also handled B2B sales integration, financial management and billing, farm and livestock management, and CRM management.

Moreover, the team has created a website and a mobile app for Android and iOS. They’re currently doing marketing for my company and managing my social media handles.

As for the technology stack, they have used Laravel for the backend and React for the frontend. They have also connected it to their own cloud hosting and provided maintenance services.

What is the team composition?

We’ve connected with around six people, including Priyank, ShubhiTech Private Limited's founder.

They were referred to me by a friend who had worked with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $30,000. There's also an annual maintenance charge.

What is the status of this engagement?

The main project ran from March to May 2024. However, they’re still managing my monthly social media content.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team has successfully delivered the customized software along with our website and mobile app. I'm currently using the management system the team has created. We feel lucky to have worked with ShubhiTech Private Limited. We’ve had a great experience, and they deserve a five-star rating.

How did ShubhiTech Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

They have delivered the project on time. Besides, they’ve resolved all the issues and errors within a day; they truly have great customer support. It's worth mentioning that they have their own management software, which is easy to use. We have regular updates on WhatsApp, calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It's been impressive how they have delivered the project before the deadline and customized it per our requirements. They haven't used any pre-built templates; they have created everything from scratch. In fact, ShubhiTech Private Limited has delivered exactly what we needed.

Besides, the founder is very cooperative and nice in terms of talking and behaving. He’s a genuine person.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing ShubhiTech Private Limited can improve on. They’re doing a great job, and everything is perfect from my end. I don't have a tech-savvy background, but from my perspective, the engagement has been successful.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you hire them, your life will be the best. You’ll get your family time. ShubhiTech Private Limited had a very family-friendly atmosphere. They truly acted like family members. It will be a good experience. Engage them; they're a nice company.
